Kevin Conde called me from The Onboarding, which is a outreach program for the Weiss Ratings for the new customers. Recently I have bought few programs to help me to improve my investments. But for over 3 months, I still don't know anything how to utilize any of the program that I invested in. So his call came in just on time when I felt I need to withdraw from my investments. Professional and fast assistance to my questions

I had a credit card charge rejected and then approved, and when I called Weiss to make sure I had purchased the package I wanted, I got tremendous help and assistance from Ryza. She answered every question in a very professional manner and went out of her way to reassure me the product was confirmed and would be added to my account. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

I won't be spending anymore money here. I made 2 deposits to get the welcome bonus. I deposited 60 in total, I won 116 and couldn't withdraw any of it. I wrote Weiss and it's been over 24 hours with no reply. I can play at Betty and be treated like a valued customer with a chance to actually win
