My onboarding specialist, Kevin Conde, got me up and running with ease. There is a lot to digest and he made it easy for me to get up to speed. He graciously allowed me to interrupt him several times to ask questions. He instilled in me a sense of confidence in the Weiss organization and specifically the Weiss Partners Circle Membership program. I feel very comfortable knowing that their is a dedicated service team should I have any questions or issues.

RJ listens to my problem then explains step by step the resolution. I need more instructions than most of the crypto investors because I lack the knowledge of crypto. That is the reason I joined Weiss Ratings.
My suggestion to make it easier to follow the step by step instructions is to havel someone who knows very little about the new investment do a test run to see where the snags are.

I personally do not think this black box algorithm should be grading pre revenue biotechs. Your algorithm is slanted toward grading revenue based businesses and it unjustly gives low grades to young biotechs. There is no transparency to your final letter grade that is publicly published. You need to develop algorithms for specific sectors and publish those findings to be transparent.

Immediate response. Not all Companies are as helpful. Expect this level of service at Weiss.

Useless service. Recommendations are based on fundamentals only with no regard to technical signals and analyst sentiment. I used their basic service and AI recommendations and found it to be useless. Total waste of money.

WeissRaitings.com is an online subscription service offering stocks, crypto, bonds, precious and alternative metals and other investments through information and articles through print and digital forms of media shared with its exclusive members. They have been in business a very long time and actively promote their various levels/tiers of service. In the end, I didn't realize I had joined so many of the different tiers under the "Weiss" umbrella; and because it didn't meet my individual needs, I decided to back out of all of my Weiss commitments. RJ was professional in handling the exit process; told me the refunds I can expect to receive; and was very kind and considerate. Weiss has been professional all the way through; and I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

Claudio the Weiss Rating Representative who assisted me in answering all my questions regarding how my Weiss Ultimate Portfolio & Weiss Ratings Plus Memberships' resources works and also my first and foremost question which is "why I did not receive a Friday 7:30 AM message on 05/01/26" since it was indicated on the "Getting Started" message I got when I signed up on 04/30/26. He had explained that the message may not come on time because the Weiss Rating System is processing a lot of information.
