I contacted Investigator Place and spoke to Isaiah who was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with my limited experience investing!

After subscribing to Louie Navellier Growth Investor newsletter online for years, now IVP will not allow me to do so. IPM customer service wants me to complete the renewal by phone. This is simply poor customer service. Also, it sounds like a training issue at IPM.
The people at IPM could improve their business by simply listening to the customer, rather than just following the money. Just my opinion.

Have had a tremendous difficulty cancelling the service. Had to wait for 20 minutes on 2 different occasions to get somone on the phone, and my service still has not been canceled. I did finally get to speak with them and they have canceled my service.

Glad my credit card company declined the purchase. Read a ton of reviews here. Looks like ALL the 5 star ratings are about customer reps. I have yet to find any that say they made any money on their financial advice. Wow. That speaks volumes. Glad i paused and did some easy homework, thank you citibank cc.

Hi, I had a very pleasant, professional, and effective experience with Ms. Nicole, who helped me resolve a login issue.

I originally tried to set up a subscription to Matt's newsletter a few years ago. I was particularly interested in the cannabis industry and the newsletter as well as other stock advice and buy/sell recommendations.
When I tried to subscribe,I identified a problem with the electronic subscription form and notified Matt via email, not really expecting a reply. To my surprise, I received a call from the head IT person, indicating that Matt had passed it to them and that he authorized an ongoing no additional charge paid subscription. I was again surprised and looked forward to getting all future investment updates from investorplace. After the year ended my subscription expired. My question is: will Matt honor the original commitment? I'm sure my initial contact helped correct a major system glitch and once corrected, helped increase subscriptions substantially. Otherwise, why would Matt have authorized an ongoing no fee subscription in the first place? Tim Mercier

The folks at Investorplace answer the phone and quickly understand your situation and assist you.
This human interaction is very much appreciated, and far superior to non-human alternatives.

In the month of october 2024 Investors Place billed my visa card $1685.25 for Ultimate Crypto Free Newsletter. I want a refund.

I believe I signed up for a free news letter. Maybe I didn't I'm not sure but it's irrelevant. They want to deduct over $120 from me for getting a newsletter that I would NEVER have paid for or ever have interest in paying for. I also would have never given them a credit card but they are telling me they are going to charge my card, which would be 100% without my permission. So either it's a sleazy trick to try get me to sign up and pay. Or they are going to try deduct my credit card, which under no circumstances what I have ever given them permission to do. Avoid at all cost.

This fake company is a play on names called "investorspalace", they are a scam fake website. the site was investigated by a "just ask" the technician found a lot of inconsistencie. the site makes it seem like you are making a lot of money, but you are told that to withdraw the money you have to pay 20% governmet taxes up front to gain access. they will not take it out of your balance. INVESTORSPALACE IS A SCAM

I called and cancelled my service to Fry's Investment report SEVERAL YEARS AGO. The representative had assured me this was done. I was cleaning out my email box today and saw a notice from Investor Place that my card would be charged on 9/6. I found previous years emails that said the same. I have been being charged for something I cancelled years ago. After I cancelled my service, I could no longer log into the account. The email says to log in and change what I need to but I no longer (for years) have had this subscription to this investor letter or the site. This rings of scam. I would like a refund for these years where payment has wrongfully been taken after my subscription has been cancelled. I did email to get help and none forthcoming yet.

Every couple of months a new stock picking system is offered which one can subscribe to, but none of them really works. Worst of all is the Auspex service, promising high returns every month, but within five monthe about 1% only produced a meager return, the rest where all cosed with losses.
Watching any of their promotional movies is a total waist of time, the free stock symbol to be revealed at the end of the movie never comes, but after you had to hear most of the time how good the author is and how many good recommendations he had given so far, probably nowbody expected any free recommendation any more.

Amazingly I am writing my third review for associates at Investor Place since my experience working with Andrew was spectacular. Personally the level of care and attention each associate I have had the privilege to work with has been so outstanding. I am so grateful to have the venue to give the feedback that they deserve with Andrew being no exception. In fact Andrew like the other associates, represent a gold standard for customer service. Investor place really could only recruit such consistently qualified staff if they were a stellar operation. So thank you Andrew for being at Investor Place and helping me locate some pertinent information, for which I am super grateful. Than you, thank you, thank you.

Customer service representative "Edge" was very helpful in getting the payment process completed. He demonstrated professionalism in going about the task of ensuring both satisfaction for the customer but the company goal of securing a sale.

The reason for my call to InvestorPlace was to request needed material to assist me in filling out my 2024 Tax Return. When I called Customer Service I was fortunate to have Marnel helping me. After stating the reason for my call, he immediately began gathering what I needed. In just a matter of mere moments he had emailed me my requested info. His response was fast and thorough. But what really impressed me was his communication skills, his knowlege, respectfulness, patience, attention to detail. Because of how well I was treated, I won't hesitate in calling back if ever the need arises, and will be blessed if Marnel is the one who is on the other end.

As has been said in previous reviews by others, these guys engage in a lot of hype and fear tactics that encourage you to click on more and more links ("hurry, before it's too late...") leading to endless blather about past investment strategies and trends, old-news charts, re-posts of previous articles, quotes by others, upcoming "secret opportunities" and "impending investment disasters" or preposterous upsides without providing any real, useable recs. The thing they seem best at is hyping InvestorPlace. I wish I'd done more research on them before I signed up. Maybe there is some success to be had if you dig deep enough or suffer through enough snake oil presentations, but its not for me. Better off sticking with MF, Zacks or Seeking Alpha. InvestorPlace feels like going to an AMWAY conference. One positive note - the customer service rep I talked to when I cancelled my subscription was pleasant and professional (although there was some light up-selling trying to get me to stay).
