I really like the WW app
I really like the WW app. I appreciate how you listen to us when we let you know what is working or not working and how you are able and willing to make those changes for the better. Thank you for that, it is super helpful. I do have one request in the GLP program: In the weigh-in section why doesn't it show the total lbs lost? It only shows weigh-in to weigh-in and not the total lbs. lost. I can add in my head for now because I am just starting but when I get to "Losing Big" :) it will become difficult to keep track of the total. Other than that I think the WW/GLP app is awesome.

I made an error when I signed up for…
I made an error when I signed up for Wegovy Pill. I meant to choose 6 months and not 12 months and in the app I cant change it. I see my primary Doctor in July and if he tells me to stop taking it, how can I cancel when it won't allow me to?

Prescription service great but slow response time
I like very much that the prescription can be mailed to me. I would prefer if the response time to Messages was faster. I appreciated my visit with the nutritionist, grace, she’s lovely and helpful. It seems like the app doesn’t know what medication I’m on which seems odd… It keeps giving me prompts related to the injection, when I am taking the pill.
