I signed up for a three month contract for glp-1 help. The nurse practitioner and care team wanted me to run around and get paperwork from my pcp when I dont even live in state anymore. I gave them what I had and they still were asking me for more. I told them if they weren't going to help me then refund my money and they brought my attention to the three month commitment I signed. Contracts go both ways. If you dont follow through with a service then it is you who are in breach of contract. Ever since they closed their offices they have been money hungry fraudsters.

The in-person meetings are so helpful. I've tried to do it on my own so many times , but the support, accountability, and tips that other members share has been invaluable. You can always skip a weigh-in, yet still get the support and camaraderie of other members. Having been a member for so long, I am so appreciative of the bar codes to capture points. So much easier than writing everything down. and now that we have macronutrients like protein, sugar, fat, etc to show us the quality of the food we are eating, that is a real plus.

My overall experience has been disappointing. Communication was extremely slow—it took nearly three weeks before I even received a prescription recommendation. After that, there was additional waiting for the medication to arrive.
When I went to reorder, I was told there wasn't enough time remaining on my three-month subscription to receive another month's prescription. As a result, I essentially paid for a three-month subscription but only received one prescription.
I do appreciate that your team worked with me and ultimately allowed an additional month because of the delays. However, the overall process feels outdated and inefficient.
I was also disappointed that I had to purchase a subscription before I could even find out the cost of the prescription. That process felt misleading and did not set clear expectations upfront.
Unfortunately, because of these issues, this has not been a positive experience, and I do not plan to renew my subscription.

I have used WW on and off for years. I signed up for a promotional 1 year subscription and understood the terms. After 1 year, the app kicked me out and I could not log back in so I assumed the subscription was over. I did not try to log in again for 5 months until I realized I was still being charged at the now higher rate. I called and requested a refund and was denied. I asked for a discounted rate moving forward to recoop some of the cost of a subscription I never used which was also denied. Unfortunately, i will NEVER sign up again. A multimillion dollar company and they are unwilling to work with you in any capacity - they stick to their fine print. Extremely disappointed in a company I (and my family) have been loyal to for years and years.

I have been a member lifetime member of Weight Watchers for the last 44 years and I still think that is one of the most easiest program to follow and now with the new app it makes it easier still I’m able to keep on track and know what I’m eating what I’m buying I really really like it

The program works, The app may work well on a phone but it doesn’t work well in an ipad. I have asked. WW to correct the errors in the past 2 versions with no help

I love holding myself accountable, and this app makes it effortless. I also use Med+ where I’ve been seeing my nutritionist and am on a weight loss plan and medication. I feel more hopeful about my health and weight than ever before, thanks to the weight watchers app and program.

I love our Ww workshop! I just wish I didn't have to drive almost an hour each way to attend. Before so many workshops were closed in 2020, I attended a workshop 10 minutes from my home.
