I think the online program is hard to navigate! It took me forever to set up my profile and get going. I think I could have accomplished it quicker if I had someone to ask a few simple questions to. Also it takes a day or two to get an answer. I began Wegovy - it did nothing - I asked for a refill and it had taken weeks to get going. And the wrong dose was ordered and sent to my insurance instead of the company that sent the first dose. So probably a month has gone by with no meds and no weight loss. To say the least I have been frustrated from the beginning. I am going to give WW one more chance and then I am canceling.

The connection with weight watchers has been a very positive and encouraging journey this month of May. I am so excited to be a part of a team that care about my overall health.
Thank you,
Weight Watchers!

I am getting helpful information from the dietitian. Also I usually get prompt answers to my questions. But I have ordered more medication, but have not received it. I took the last one I had today.

WW keeps me focused on the good or not-so-good foods that I put in my mouth. I now know that foods with a higher point value are OK, but must be acknowledged when tracking.

I am very happy with virtual workshops. I have been trying several workshops and its great to have different perspectives.

I love the app however I do not like that the food log is gone! Now both places to track are track a meal! I prefer to see my whole day as I don’t always track a meal when it is that meal! If that makes sense! PLEASE BRING BACK THE FOOD LOG!

I'm not losing weight... I'm only down maybe 3 pounds in 7 weeks ... I'm early 1/3 of what I use to eat...

I want to see individual points at each meal for each food like it was. I don’t want to have to click on each thing to check it. This disrupts future planned meals.
I want to use my desktop and not my phone as well

I like the quick response I've been getting when I ask a question

Great Sat meeting. May 23. I love the in person. Best way to really experience the WW program. Deb our leader is truly an inspiration. Leslie is also a great leader. I have been a WW person off and on since 1969, and believe in the program, It works if you work it. The face to face is what made the program work for decades. Don’t stop it, even if it means meeting in some of the creative places we meet years ago. Schools, Churches, Hotels etc. the all worked. Just one woman’s thoughts. Linda

I take the wegovy pill. I only have two pills left and the prescription is still "in progress" meaning they haven't even been shipped yet. Last time when they finally got shipped and I was tracking it, it took over a week just to receive them. Plus they already billed us before they even ship them. They need to change the way this is done with the medication. I will not have pills for almost two weeks by the time I receive them.

Changed the app. Again. Like when they rearrange the good at the grocery store. Who os that for? Makes the app hard to use, impedes tracking.

The Weight Watchers program is based on science and makes changes based on new findings. The in person meetings are dependent on the quality of the leader, which is variable. There are many fewer meeting locations than in the past. There are many zoom meeting choices however.

I love the science backed programming. I'm pretty diabetic and I've had way more success on the diabetic plan. I'm about to start taking Ozempic. Everyone is warning me that I will need to be careful and eat enough of this and that. I tell them that WW has a program for weight loss drugs.

The program is helping me lower my A1C for diabetes through the help of the macros. I may eat zero point foods (protein) but the macros show a different story. i enjoy going to both in person and virtual workshops. I like the variety of coaches available and on different days. I like to log my glucose in the app. It also gives me a nice list to show my doctor.
