I couldn't login to cPanel.

I couldn't login to cPanel.
Contacted the help desk and the problem was resolved in a few minutes.
Krisnha was great to deal with and got me operational again very quickly.

New Hosting Provider

Wanted a provider where i could access/control both my domain and emails in one place. Transferred to Webcentral both. Had some teething issues which were very quickly sorted out by there support team. I now do not rely on microsoft/telstra anymore for my hosting services. I would recommend Webcentral services for your hosting domain/emails etc

I cannot emphasize just how helpful and patient Daniel was helping me solve my technical problem. I really had no idea what I needed to do and he patiently talk to me through the process and problem solved until everything was as it should be. He showed extreme knowledge of the system, politeness and care. I cannot thank him enough.

I have had an ongoing problem with mail settings on my iMac gong haywire. I believe Andika T has finally managed to get them sorted. I get wonderful assistance from the WebCentral team, and am most grateful.
