On one occasion, they shut down a domain because they wanted me to confirm my address. Regularly the server has apalling performance. Then billed a renewal at 6 x the original cost 3 days before expiry and made me jump through hoops to get a refund - had to complain to Paypal. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Web chat works very well. The AI agent quickly classified my query and passed me onto a real person. Then they were able to solve my issue within 30 mins. Great support.

Web central recently lost my web site. I have requested a refund of the past years hosting fees so I can use the funds to rebuild. I am not a big customer, but a customer none the less. They are happy to process a refund and cancel all my services. Wow....excellent customer retention strategy

From the online chat, (which was also helpful), I was redirected to Zahra, who turned the whole frustrating problem into a solution. She was clear, gave screenshots, extremely patient and spent a lot of time helping me to get our FTP up and running. Brilliant - I will be confident to use this service again. Thank you
Honestly the worst company to host a domain with.
Support won't budge when you're on a deadline nor do they care about longtime customers that are spending thousands yearly on domains with them.
The switch over from whatever bs domain they had originally was so janky that I had to beg support to resolve a DNS issue.
Overall, terrible customer service, constant downtimes and they don't care about the customer.

Today I'm anxious, concerned, and surprised by an outage. There should be mechanisms to apprise your customers of any service problems.
Also the Chat is time consuming for all concerned - especially when previously having to re-iterate previously supplied details.
