We needed to modify our will which was originally made through WDS and the speed of reply and arrangement of a home visit was completed within hours. A first class service was made even better as Sue continued to work in the evening (2000 hrs !) to resolve it.

Very professional, considerate, well spoken, calm and a joy to talk to. Everything was explained in detail and my issue was resolved very quickly. The follow up to my complaints was and is exemplary and in fact it was my misunderstanding and not WDS. However Lydia was very patient and professional throughout the whole process and due to her and others support showing real professionalism has reaffirmed my confidence in WDS. I hope that the follow up we have committed to will also deliver the same results which i am fully expecting it to do so.

Service was fast and Abim was very helpful

I cannot fault the company or it's staff they go above and beyond all of the time. I've taken such a long time to make changes and despite them contacting me and sending me copies I had not responded. Today I decided I needed to get this sorted. I sent an email and received a response advising that changes to my world could not be done via that medium. The interaction continued into this evening and the final email from Debra 21.45 was for her to pass my details onto a colleague who will arrange for me to visit the office when I am next in Bristol and they are going to also sort out witnesses so that not only can the changes be made but it can be witnessed and sorted all on the same day.

Over many years, I and other family members have always been given excellent advice and service from WDS Associates. Debra is fantastic at giving us nudges about important things that otherwise we wouldn't have considered, and nothing is too much trouble for her. In our experience, WDS Associates are a trustworthy company, giving us peace of mind about our wills, and we have recommended them to many people.

It was easy to book the WhatsApp verification call at a date and time that suited me. The call was on time and Abim explained the process. He verified our identity and ensured that forms had been completed correctly.

Sadly my last review was taken down.
However to summarise, the service from this company in executing a relatively simple estate has been nothing short of incompetent, delay tactics and a lack of real communication about specifics. 23 months and account since probate was granted.
I would highly recommend anyone choosing to use this company to thoroughly investigate the company using google search.

Responded to my e mails very quickly and have always had a good service from this Company.

Met Swayze this morning and he offered some good advice and introduced products that we had not thought of. No pressure which was nice and has given us plenty of time to discuss with family before making the final decisions. Thanks

So many grave concerns with this company who visited my elderly relative at home in autumn 2024. It has now come to light that they gave her poor and inaccurate legal advice, dismissed her concerns when drawing up legal documents for her and charged her a sum far, far in excess of anything reasonable, which she paid at the home visit, without giving her any written breakdown of fees. She has now cancelled her business with them and taken her business to a solicitor.
Unlike solicitors, will writing companies such as WDS are not regulated.
My advice is to avoid any involvement with this company at all costs.

Kath was very helpful in finding a ‘lost’ annual payment which I had set up by standing order in my banking app and had actually been paid. I hadn’t realised I needed to send a paper copy too as I didn’t have one. All sorted now and was prompt in calling back when it was resolved.

Great advice and service
We met Lance from WDS Associates in person for a meeting to amend an existing power of attorney. He was amazing and explained everything very clearly to us. Lance was professional and made us feel at ease, he answered all our questions big or small. I would thoroughly recommend Lance Verallo to friends, family.
