Now this is a very strange company judging by the endless unsolicited calls I get from them. They use a slightly different phone number every time . If they did not do this I suspect that everyone would just block their number and this tiny snippet is the only bit of self awareness they seem to have. I have been getting these calls while I'm trying to run my business. Often they interrupt my work and sometimes they interrupt me when I'm trying to deal with my customers. It's always the same female who seems to have absolutely no self awareness whatsoever: she talks over me, ignores what I have told her and makes deliberately misleading claims which appear to suggest that she is trying to imply that her company has some sort of association with my electricity supplier and that she has some sort of mandate to expect my attention. I am seriously beginning to wonder now if she has some sort of condition which prevents her from empathising with the situation and that she genuinely does not realise that the more intrusive, rude and infuriating she and her unpleasant company become the more I take absolute pleasure in not putting any business their way. Perhaps a good therapist might help her. If you work for Watt and are reading this then please don't reply to my review with trite platitudes.... avail yourself! Make use of the wonderful resource that is Trustpilot and start searching for therapists with 5 star reviews: There are better and nicer ways to deal with people and help is available to you to discover them.

I had a courtesy call come through on my business line today, our company’s energy is up for renewal soon. I am so glad they called me as I would have forgotten! It was a quick and easy process, Matthew Burke who called me was very helpful, knowledgeable and reduced our premium for the next 3 years for which we are very grateful for. Thank you Matthew, you are a credit to your company.
