Jack S. got us some really good prices for our renewal with Eon, so when our other contract has expired with EDF, naturally I gave him a call and he got us a great deal. Jack is also very friendly, personable, professional and funny and really great to deal with. Highly recommended.

NIGHTMARE !!!!!!
My experience with Watt Utilities has been absolutely appalling.
I have been subjected to relentless, almost daily phone calls since January, despite repeatedly making it crystal clear that I did not want to receive any further calls.
I complained on multiple occasions and eventually escalated the matter as high as the company directors. Each time, I was given assurances that my details had been removed and that the calls would stop. They didn’t.
The calls simply continued.
In the end, after months of unwanted contact and broken assurances, I felt I had no option but to change my business mobile number just to make the calls stop.
That is not a minor inconvenience. I had used that number for years and it was the number through which much of my business was conducted. Having to change an established business number because a company seemingly could not respect repeated requests to stop calling is completely unacceptable.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that Watt Utilities cannot claim they were unaware of the problem. I complained repeatedly. Senior people within the company were made aware. I was repeatedly assured the calls would stop. Yet they continued.
No customer or business owner should have to go to the extreme of changing their telephone number simply to stop unwanted marketing calls from one company.
After my experience, I could not possibly recommend Watt Utilities. One star is generous.

Yet again, a cold call from a company that I have never used, wanting me to renew an Eon account. Despite having already told them 8 times since 25th June that I have already renewed the contract direct with Eon on the 9th June, 2 months before the old contract expires, they insist on calling to try to get commission, by pretending they are acting on behalf of Eon. Each time from a different Manchester number, so that when I block one, they use a different extension. Hopefully as the contract renews in 2 days time, the annoying calls will stop.

Feels like a scam company. I receive daily calls from a badly designed AI bot trying to sell me electric. My numbers are all registered with the TPS and I have reported.
I keep blocking and they keep calling back from a new number.
Wouldn't deal with them on principle.

Watt utilities phoned over and over about the renewal of our small business gas account in November ( its July now) purporting as far as I was concerned to be agents of E-ON. They are not. They are independent agents. They will waste lots of your time asking questions over and over again including company number ..date of birth ...and finally wanting a digital signature without even any document showing prices etc etc. I contacted E-On who told me that are independent agents and are not authorised to talk to E-On customers and that they, E-On, have not furnished them with our details. We will not be renewing via them for them skim off whatever commission they are able. We will wait for E-On to tell us what the new terms will be on renewal.

Watt Utilities previously offered a genuinely valuable service, particularly when my energy contract expired and I needed support securing a better deal. That changed the moment they shifted to voicebot‑driven outreach. The automated calls are intrusive and relentless, effectively turning the service into spam. This is far below the standard of conduct I expect from a company managing my energy contracts. As a result, I will be withdrawing entirely from Watt Utilities and using another broker.

I have already reviewed this company who keep ringing me from a Manchester number and with an automated voice on the end of the line. You said you would stop the calls but they have started again. I keep blocking you and you keep using a different number. I think this is getting to the point of harassment and I will take this further if the calls don't stop.

As Treasurer of our local church I was contacted by Matthew Burke to see if he could help us with our energy bills. I had been concerned for a while about the size of the bills which our small congregation were having to pay to heat and light the church. I was greatly pleased and surprised that he was able to not only reduce future bills, but go back in time and obtain a backdated reduction on the bills we had already paid, through a loophole in the VAT charging mechanism.
Thanks Matthew

Keanna was really nice and helpful. She explained everything really well and got me a better deal. She was super friendly, and I am really satisfied. I’ve never heard anyone read all the terms and conditions so fast and so clear at the same time lol
