Mr Richard Rutter handled the conveyance of my recent property sale from Watson Woodhouse Middlesbrough office. His experience and expertise were of great value to me. I approached Watson Woodhouse Solicitors though a referral after speaking to Shelter. I was homeless and needed support understanding my rights at first. Later they were able to get the council to withdraw a final offer property and point out that it was actually the homeless officers fault I was put in a unaffordable property.
