I used ADK Law Solicitors for my house sale. Even though the first purchase didn't go through due to the buyer's last minute change of mind, we got there the second time. I found them very efficient, I didn't have any delays with paperwork and they were very helpful explaining everything. I mainly dealt with Rahbia who was brilliant! I also found that their payment structure was very transparent, so no surprises in the fees. Good pricing! I would highly recommend them and I'd be using them again for house purchase/sale.

Tom was brilliant to work with and made the sale process feel straightforward from start to finish. He was very responsive and kept me updated throughout. He stayed patient when there were delays from the other side, which really helped. I’d happily recommend Tom and ADK Law for conveyancing, and have already gone with them again for my next purchase.

Working with ADK Law has been an absolute pleasure. In particular, Jinni Barwick has been outstanding throughout the entire process. She has been consistently professional and kept in regular contact from start to finish. Even if it was just a quick update or a short answer, she always responded promptly — and in the current climate, where you so often hear horror stories about house sales, that level of communication is invaluable.
I can honestly say this experience has been completely stress‑free. Any time something arose, Jinni was on it immediately. Her efficiency, clarity, and dedication made everything feel straightforward and manageable. If buying houses were always as easy as she made it, people would probably do it far more often!

We used ADK Law Solicitors for the recent sale of our London flat and purchase of a house in Yorkshire. It wasn't a straightforward process and there were many issues to resolve along the way (nothing to do with ADK) but Bilal navigated his way through them, responding quickly to enquires with patience and diligence. I recently sold my late Mum’s leasehold property and the buyers used ADK Law in Bolton. The sale took 6 months to complete, there was no chain, the flat was empty and the purchasers had cash. It appears that a junior member of staff was dealing with the file and each time it went for sign off by a more senior person there was another issue. Both the buyers and myself were extremely frustrated by the delay and it was very difficult to find out what was happening.
