We ordered a much longed for watch for my husband, only to be told 3 weeks later that it was discontinued. The funds were put back in my account, so there was no problem there, but when we checked with Tag, the watch isn't discontinued at all. Now we're waiting til the New Year and will try again, but feel slightly misled and disappointed by that information, AND my hubby has no present to open..!

I saved £220 (including international carriage) against the UK price of £750 for a Raymond Weil gents watch. It is the genuine article and comes complete with warranty, certificate and box. I was able to track delivery every step of the way from New York USA to my home in UK. Downside? If I have a problem with the watch, I can't return it to a local shop. So in that respect, there could be some inconvenience but this is balanced against the saving which brought this watch into my price window. Would happily recommend watchtag.

After a longer wait than expected, the Men's White Ceramic Rado was worth the wait. I have to compliment Adam who was a pleasure to deal with, kept me up to date of the progress of the order. Smooth transaction and would definitely recommend WatchTag. I was concerned purchasing with WatchTag considering the amount of money for the transaction but have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

I ordered a Victorinox watch from watch tag as it was the best price I could find on the net. It was significantly cheaper so was a bit suspicious. However I had nothing to worry about as when the watch arrived it was as it was described. Genuine, new, the right colour and working. It came from New York so I guess that's why it was so much cheaper than UK outlets. It took about a week to arrive, even with hurricane Sandy making a mess. The courier tracking function works really well, I could see exactly where it was on my mobile phone at any moment. I would definitely use watch tag again.

I ordered my Tissot seamaster automatic from Watchtag mainly because it was almost half the RRP here in the UK. The service was excellent and the communication from the company was first rate. My delivery was slightly delayed but I was sent regular updates and the reply to my requests for information was same or next day.
I love my watch and buying it from watchtag made it affordable for me.
i would not hesitate to buy another watch from them.

This was my first experience buying from WatchTag and I must say I was very impressed with the sevice they provided. Fast and FREE overnight express delivery fully trackable with Fedex and £125 saved at £275 as the watch was £399 everywhere else online, I checked them all.

It looked really good but the watch I wanted was not actually available. I didn't find this out until after two weeks chasing them, which didn't make me happy, however as no money was taken form my account, as they promise, I guess I don't mind too much. I am still hoping to purchase a watch from them as they seem to be such very good value, and have asked for availability of another couple of designs,

Over the moon with tw steel I purchased and the customer service I received.The only thing I didn't receive was a guarantee,which I was disappointed with.Overall i would recommend the site as the prices are unbeatable.

Purchased a Citizen Eco drive from Watchtag after Watchshop let me down. Watch Tag didn’t have many online reviews so I contacted them first, I got through to a very helpful customer services chap (forgot his name) who was very helpful indeed. I proceeded in placing my order and the watch arrived after a three day wait by FedEx. I was tracking my order online which is a good service offered by FedEx.

The watch came complete with box and all paper work including a comprehensive Citizen Instruction manual. I'm very impressed with the ease of ordering, fast delivery and customer services. I'm a bit of a watch fanatic so will definitely be using Watch Tag in the future, a highly recommended store.
