All very polite and cordial when I called to make sure the watch was in stock as I required it by a certain date as it was a birthday present. I was promised it would be delivered within my time scales so I placed the order. I heard nothing over the next few days so chased them up, i was told not to worry as the watch was 100% going to be with me before the required date. You can guess what is coming... the watch did not arrive. I sent several chasing emails that were ignored and called in looking for an explanation but the promised call back never came. Really poor experience. I was never ever given a straight answer to my very simple questions.

To add insult to injury, less than 3 weeks after actually receiving the watch it stopped working. Again emails were ignored and when i finally got to speak to someone i was advised to get the watch fixed myself! When i asked if i would be reimbursed i was told yes only for this to be revoked in an email sent 3 hours later. I cannot describe how poor my experience has been with this company. My advice is to avoid at all costs. Incompetence coupled with a lack of empathy, not a great combination.

In short, they took my money promising a delivery date that they couldn't guarantee (if you research them this appears to be a common tactic) ignored me on several occasions, mislead me whilst not keeping their word more than once and most importantly provided me with a watch that stopped working within 3 weeks. I had to fix the watch at my own expense.

Do not deliver on promises. Pitiful customer service. Provide products that are not fit for purpose. AVOID! They have repeatedly tried to get my honest review taken down (along with all the others that where on this site) i wonder why this might be . . . ?

However aftersales is non existant, have been trying for over a month to get a warranty document. They have promised 3 times that they have sent it, and still nothing, I don't believe the post is that bad. Beware

I bought quite an expensive Casio G shock watch £350 from watchtag, said it would take 2 days to arrive, It was sent from the USA and arrived in 2 days can't argue with that! but when I had the watch on my wrist I didn't like it ( just didn't suit me) so I paid £7 to send it back via rmsd and within 3 days got a full refund, really can't argue they were perfect, and the cheapest by £100.
I would buy from again as soon as I know what the hell I want.

Ordered from this place as it was one of the cheapest of a few companies, but it had the best advertised despatch time 1-2 days. Confirmed delivery date prior to ordering, never arrived. Given a second date, never arrived. Not even despatched by the third date given therefore cancelled the order as I had missed the birthday it was ordered for by now.

Honesty is a problem with these guys, kept insisting they would ship it today when they clearly never had the item.

Watch arrived eventually and it was exactly as I ordered and at a very good price however communication was not good and it arrived a week late . In summary an honest and trustworthy company however expect your goods to arrive late and to be doing all of the chasing .

After looking at numerous other sites for the watch I wanted I decided on using watchtag.com. Why, they were the cheapest and had an office located in the UK, they also had the watch I wanted in stock. I ordered the watch at midday on Friday and it arrived at 10:52 Monday morning.

It was great having the ability (via FedEx) to track the shipment from its departure in New York via Indianapolis to Stansted and then on to the local FedEx centre (yes the watches are shipped from the US).

On receipt of the order and the unpacking I then checked the watch and followed the detailed setup instructions, everything was fine.

I would definitely use watchtag.com again, although hopefully not for myself as the watch I have purchased will hopefully last many years.

The only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is you do not get the manufacturers warranty card. I did register the watch on the manufacturer's web site without a problem, in my case Citizen.

Perhaps someone from watchtag.com could comment as to why no manufacturer's warranty card is included.

Saturday 11th October, Wife ordered watch for special occasion, Watchtag showed in stock and available for delivery in 2-5 days.
Day 4 (Wed 15 October) we rang Watchtag as no further info had been sent by them, was told it was a Jewish Holiday in America (don't seem to be able to find any Jewish holidays for this period) and it would be sent after holiday weekend, making dispatch time 10 days.
Then we received an email on 29th October, EIGHTEEN DAYS AFTER PLACING ORDER, saying Watchtag were unable to source the watch and, AND having the audacity to ask if there was anything else on the site instead! AFTER IT WAS SHOWN AS IN STOCK AND READY FOR DISPATCH!!!
Emailed Watchtag Sunday 2nd November, asking for full refund, which to be fair, they did send relatively quickly.
Needless to say, the special occasion had passed and we would have been better to have paid a little more and sourced via a more legitamate supplier.
I personally would avoid

Excellent service, ordered my Blue Angels "Citizen" on a Friday evening. They were closed the weekend first thing on Monday E-Mail from Fed-Ex telling me delivery was Wednesday at 12.30 pm, watch arrived at 12.45.Value for money, saved about £350.00. Would order again without hesitation.

I initially ordered a watch from Watchtag which later proved to be unobtainable by them. They had taken the money from my card but immediately returned it and the following day it showed as having been returned on my card. I ordered another watch from them on Friday night. They don't work over the weekend so my order was received on Monday morning first thing and I received it from the States on Wednesday morning early. There was no other costs to pay as this is a UK based office and, although they have a company in the States too, they do have to deliver at the price mentioned, so buyers, do not be worried about hidden costs.

It is interesting to note that the watch I purchased was at less than half of the normal rrp and the next cheapest that I could find it anywhere delivered to the UK was £1200 more! Believe me, I did a lot of research before spending the amount I did!

The only negative thing I can say is that the warantee card is not stamped, which is something that could be done from the states, however, I have kept all records of the transaction so that should be proof enough of date of purchase etc. I would suggest that Watchtag try to rectify this little point and then the transaction would have been as perfect as possible (until science discovers a way of immediate transportation to your room upon clicking "pay now"!)

Like most people I was sceptical before purchasing such an expensive item online. I had been wanting a Tag watch for quite a while and the time came to buy one for myself with the help of some birthday money. Watch Tag had the watch I wanted at a staggering discount (about £400 cheaper than other watch stores) but this perhaps added to my scepticism.

After a few telephone calls to a Watch Tag employee confidence was instilled and the purchase was made. The watch arrived 5 days after ordering and was beautifully presented in the official Tag box with all paper work present. I am completely over the moon with my watch and the professionalism of Watch Tag both before my order and after my order. I will be using this company again to buy the ladies version of my Tag watch for my partner.

I used WatchTag to purchase 4 watches for some wedding guests in March 2014. I received top notch customer service which included some technical banter about the watch movement, a great discount for ordering more than 2 watches and help with shipping the watches to a few different locations.

I could not be happier with efforts that the watch tag team invested into my order. All watches were received in good time even though, like most men, I left it to the last minute. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering buying a watch.

I had a few questions about my choice of watch and potential import charges etc.

The pre-sales service was fast, efficient and accurate. Watchtag prices are to your (UK in my case) door and there is no VAT or import liability to be added when it arrives in the country.

I ordered the watch on Friday evening and it arrived with me the following Wednesday morning, which I knew it would because I was sent Fedex tracking information.

The watch is exactly as described on the Watchtag site, so it's fair to say I'm delighted with the service and the product.

My name is Viorel, i am from London, i done a order with WATCHTAG, they delivered
the watch in good condition, fast, but i do NOT received the WARRANTY CARD in the box. I send a e-mail to them, i tool them i paid a extension warranty for 5 years, but i not received any warranty for my PRC 200 automatic chronograph , I been to a watch specialist and hi told me the watch is 100% authentic. In the next day i done a phone call to WATCH TAG , i spoke with GARY(customer service) and hi said : Watchtag get in the sistem a record with all customers, if i will have any problems with my watch i have to phone or e-mail them, and they will fix the problem.

Placed an order for £1460 on Dec 3rd. Eventually cancelled on Dec 21st. They just kept saying they had no updates on the situation and couldn't give me a delivery date.
Probably due to the fact that after I placed the order the price on the website went up nearly £300 and they had no intention of selling it to me at the quoted price.

Ordered and was able to track parcel to my home address which arrived when it said it would. Watch is absolutely stunning and well received by my partner who loved their 30th birthday present.

Fast delivery and £100 cheaper than John Lewis/house of Fraser etc.highly recommended!
