DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had paid a little extra and bought elsewhere...They sent me a faulty watch which I have sent back 3 times..They haven't fixed the fault and wont exchange or refund me...
Awful customer service and i think the watches are reconditioned or slight seconds...Don't get fooled by this company go somewhere else or you will be sorry like me!!

Avoid this company!

Ordered a 1,5k GBP watch a month ago that was advertised as in stock and had a 7 day delivery. The money was taken out of my account pretty much instantly but till today I haven't received the watch or any information regarding the shipment. I have sent multiple emails and called them numberous times, but no response. Nobody is picking up for the number listed on the website for a month now. I filed a dispute with the bank and hope to get my money back.

It seems that the owners of Watchtag have a couple of other dissolved companies registered to their names and run companies focussing on "establishing a trusted online brand" and SEO (search engine optimization) so it wouldn't surprise me that a lot of the positive reviews online are coming from this. If you are unsure yourself, try to reach out to their customer service before purchasing a watch and find out.

Ordered a watch 24th November money was …

Ordered a watch 24th November money was taken out of my account a few days later. 3 weeks later and after a lot of phone calls on my behalf after not receiving any further information and nobody ever calling me back when promised I have just been told the watch is out of stock and my money will be refunded in a few days.
Big question here is how long would they have held onto my money without realising the watch was out of stock and refunding me, as I have called every day for almost 2 weeks to get this answer.
The watch in question is still advertised on the website as in stock.
AVOID.

A good price watch

Bought two Rado watches last year for wedding presents they arrived on time although one of the watches didn't have its registration tag or associated docs in the box. However they are lovely and work well, when one started running slow watchtag agreed to service it free of charge.

worst company ive ever had to deal with. Told me a different lie everyday about my watch which never arrived.
kept getting told every day it will be dispatched today.
awful company who wont answer the phone most of the time and dont reply to your emails

Overall - a good experience

The advertised delivery lead-time was 5 days and I was advised that the item was in stock when I called up. The next day I received a mail to advise there was a delay in obtaining the item from the supplier and that there would be a delay. I spoke to the customer services team to get the watch delayed even further as I was on holiday for a week and the team were great with arranging this and the watch turned up on the agreed date.

Overall a good experience but if an item is not in stock, just be honest. I am a Supply Chain Manager so understand that delays do happen but just be up front about them and the whole experience will be smoother for all parties.

total shambles of a company, 2 to 5 days delivery more like 2 to 5 weeks, tried to call on separate 5 occasions and numbers just ring out. type a message in the live chat box and took 3 days for them to get back to me with a pack of lies

I had a problem with my purchase cause …

I had a problem with my purchase cause as the transaction was being out through I accidentally refreshed the page. I checked my bank and the money had been taken out but asbi got no reference number I couldn't give the customer service adivisor (CSA) anything to check details on my transaction. The CSA said I should go to the bank and cancel the pending payment, in the bank I get a phone call back saying that the transaction has been found in the pending payments and that it has been cancelled and I should have I the money back into my account in 24hrs and I can happily say I have got my money back and have placed an order again and this time it did go through.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! AVOID

Ordered a watch from the company on the 7 th of November 2016. BECAUSE THE COMPANY HAD AN OPTION FOR DELIVERING FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN THE EU BY FEDEX I DECIDED TO ORDERED TO HUNGARY, IT SEEMED STRAIGHT FORWARD TO DO SO. YET A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE A DISPATCH EMAIL OF THE ITEM BEING SHIPED I STARTED TO WORRY AND CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. I SPOKE THO One of rhe assistant WHO ASSURED ME THAT THE WACH WILL BE WITH US WITHIN NTHE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
BUT AFTER WAITING A WEEK THERE WAS STILL NO SIGN OF IT,I GAVE THEM A CALL AGAIN. This Time I spoke to the a different guy, WHO SEEMED A BIT MORE PROFESSIONAL AND AT LEAST FOUND IT OUT THAT THE WATCH WILL BE SENT FROM THE STATES AS THE UK WAREHOUSE WERE OUT OF STOCK, AND THEN PROMISED ME SOME COMPENSATION, FOR THE WAY ITS BEEN HANDLED... THIS WAS ALREADY 23 RD OF NOVEMBER.... AFTER THIS THERE WAS STILL NUMEROUS PHONE CONVERSATION REGARDING CUSTOM TAXES,AND HOW TO SORT THE RELESE OF THE WATCH BECAUSE THEY TRANSFERRED THE IT TO THE WAREHOUSE TILL THE TAX PAYMENT CLEARED IN HUNGARY...
EVENTUALLY THE WATCH ARRIVED ON THE 6 TH OF DECEMBER,
I STILL TRIED TO PHONED THEM,TO ASK ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN OFFER, BUT SOMEHOW I DID NOT GET TROUH TO THEM SO I WROTE EMAILS ASKING HOW TO PROCEED REGARDING MY "UNIQUE" CASE BUT DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE....

Easy Shopping

Having searched the Internet looking for a specific watch, these guys had the watch I wanted at the best price and able to deliver for free - it was the ideal solution and makes the whole shopping experience as easy as possible. you got to try to believe.

Could not believe the prices I was seeing on their website site so called the number, spoke to polite and informative customer services, thought I'd try the email route to confirm what I was told on the phone about how long they have been trading etc and it all checked out. I've looked for a couple of watches, a Michael Kors for me and a Gucci for the a better half and kept on coming back to watchtag. I bit the bullet and placed the order for both watches. The Gucci came first, very pleased with the watch, the wife more so, but i was wondering where my watch was. Sent an email and was told they were working with suppliers and will let me know when it was due. I have received updates on my order when I called or emailed in and have just received the FedEx tracking due to be with me tomorrow. Hope my watch is as good as quality as the Gucci. It's been just over 2 weeks, but, paying these prices it is worth the wait. Got some Christmas shopping to do in a month or so, I will definitely be back and ordering in time to have them by Christmas.

Alls well that ends well!

Received the watch this morning so 4.5 working days to deliver. Not bad considering it came from the US, couldnt find anywhere on the site which mentioned this (maybe delivery by FEDEX is the giveaway). Only problem we had was with FEDEX. We had it delivered to a UK business address who's head office is in the US. We think they focused on the business address although it was a private purchase, tried to extract duty from the company before releasing fron UK customs. I contacted Johnathan at Watch Tag, had some technical problems with the line but he called me back very quickly and was very helpful. Anyway, all sorted. No complaints with Watch Tag, communication was good and delivery very swift all things considered. Many thanks.

Armani watch for birthday

Used watchtag before Christmas for a gift and just used them again for an armani watch for my partner. Watch took longer to receive this time round, was about 6 days total to be deliver my address.

Watch looks great. Black face with black rubber strap. Looks very smart and partner loves it.
