NOT scam, but read the review

Real review here, the product arrived well but there are a few drawbacks to this website:
- the order was "in processing" for about 2 or 3 weeks; I don't know what took so long, maybe dropshipping? But this should be written on the product page
- they really don't reply to their e-mails
- the link they have on their website for returns is not working; this combined with the previous point of not responding to e-mails means good luck on making a return if you need it; luckily, my product was working well
So you won't get scammed but their customer service is non-existent so have that in mind.

SCAM: they take your money and do not send the products

Ordered products from The Netherlands, paid by bank transfer. Dit not receive said products. E-mailed them and no response to my e-mail as well. They scammed me out of 75 euros. Do not place orders here, they take your money without sending products!

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Zamówiłem produkty z Holandii, opłacone przelewem. Nie otrzymałem tych produktów. Wysłałem im e-mail, ale na mój również nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi. Oszukali mnie na 75 euro. Nie zamawiajcie tutaj, bo pobierają pieniądze, nie wysyłając produktów!

This is the 3rd 4th time I review in…

This is the 3rd 4th time I review in here(?)… has been almost 2 months, and we still don’t get our package. The last answer we got from them was, the Transportation company damaged our package (that’s why it haven’t been delivered). Ok got it, but why don’t they make that company pay them for the damage package and just send us a new one through another company? I mean is so easy to fix, but they don’t do anything about it, we sent another email just asking for the refund about 2 weeks ago and no answer. Please FFS, just give us back our money if you’re not gonna fix the problem that is so easy to do! You don’t need to be a genius to think of a solution!!!

We’re so tired of you, give us back our money !!!!

The matter has been resolved and resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the courier company lost the shipment and its search procedures were, despite our reminders, very slow. Please believe us that we have done everything possible to make it last shorter, but not everything depends on us. When a foreign shipment is lost, courier companies are sluggish and unprofessional. I'm glad the matter was resolved and I hope the comment will be deleted. Although it probably won't happen, best regards ;)

My boardgame arrived, but it was in Polish. It was advertised as English on their website. Don't buy unless you speak Polish.

We didn't receive the invoice and they don't respond e-mails or answer telefone! We need a legal invoice to clear the payment done, please answer e-mails!!

Scam website stay away!!!

We ordered dog food on this so called website at a good price so purchased a 17kg bag. Everything on the web page said it was in stock. Even on the checkout page the order was taken and the money as well, of course. The very next day i recieve an email saying this product is not in stock. They said my money would be returned to my card that it was purchased with.
Since then, 18th April I have not heard back from them even after several more emails from my side asking where my money is. The money has still not been put back onto my card nor have I heard from them despite me putting the emails in both Polish and English!!!!
I would advise everyone to stay away from this website as it is obviously a complete SCAM!!!!
I wish these review sites would change it so that you can give ZERO.

Unfortunately, sometimes when we have the last item, two quick purchases can be made in different places and the system will not have time to clear the stock. We apologize for this situation. The money was given long ago. The comment is out of date, but oh well. If it gives you satisfaction, then let it be.

first and last purchase.. disrespectful store

Order was awaiting for processing-6 days since payment was processed,I emailed twice, first time I got replied that the parcel will be posted on next day, status of my order was still the same 2 days after I got replied.
I emailed 2nd time and I requested refund and cancellation if the order won't be sent on that day-shortly after my email status of my order changed to -in process.
Impressive since 9th of May till 15 th of May wasn't handed to courier yet.
In this point I know already that was my first and last time that I ordered anything from the store..I never experienced such a ignorance from seller as from this one.
6days since purchased they didn't even bother to get in touch with courier and update customer about status order. Disgraceful... I'm still waiting for courier status : collected.. I'm pretty sure I will back to update my review..
😂 If You want to order something for a Christmas it's time now,maybe till December after thousands of emails You will get it on time .

Purchased Hikvision intercom bit over a…

Purchased Hikvision intercom bit over a year ago. Camera stopped working recently, looks like water got in somehow(supposed to be waterproof)
Send tem an email, got no response.
I do not recommend this seller.

We purchased an electrical appliance…

We purchased an electrical appliance and had made a mistake with model instead of 95cm we purchased 60cm. We agreed on the terms and conditions and returned this device so that wasserman.eu confirmed the reception but we are still waiting for the refund in our bank. After more than a month we have started a process with our bank to get our money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING TO WASSERMAN.EU.

The mistake, as you yourself wrote, was on your side. We accepted the return and gave the money back. The bank's payment system supports refunds up to 10 days. This is how it is structured for international payments. I am asking for less emotions and more patience. The money has been with you for a long time. Even though the exchange was successfully resolved due to your mistake, we read such a comment. This is simply not fair of you. But that's the way of the world.

It item ordered arrived as described…

It item ordered arrived as described and packaged very well. I read all past reviews and as a buyer makes you question the past and what to expect. From my experience the dispatch too longer that expected and update was sent out after getting in touch. Tracking was provided and arrived on estimated time. Pros cheaper than most online stores and also was only online store with item in stock. Cons dispatch can take longer than my expected time frame.

Scam

Do not use their store. Most likely they are scammers. They sell a thousand dollar notebooks on the Ceneo platform for a couple of hundred zlotys. There's no such thing. Free cheese only in a mousetrap. It's impossible to buy a product from Ceneo, and when you add it, it immediately disappears from the cart, while other stores are working fine. They do everything to make you go to their site, do not go.

Terrible customer service

I ordered at Wasserman.eu & I received an email from the courier service that my order would arrive on the 18th of July, but according to them, Wasserman did not provide them with the parcel to deliver my order.

I have emailed them three times & while they promise to respond within 24 hours I have not received a single email back from them.

They did receive my money so I hope to get a response on when they can ship my order. For now, there have not been any details or communication from their side.

First order from Wasserman.eu..GOOD!

The first time for me that I ordered a product from Wasserman.eu. A beautiful website with an extensive range. Quick service. The ordered product was given to GLS the following day. With 6 days including weekend, it was delivered from Poland to us in the Netherlands. The product was well packaged and received in good condition. We are very happy with it and we will definitely order from Wasserman again.
