Tailormade Wimbledon Debenture Tickets Reviews

We were amazingly gifted Wimbledon Debenture Tickets package with Tailormade, and from start to finish the whole experience was exceptional.

The communication leading up to the event was clear and reassuring, with everything explained well in advance, so there was never any uncertainty about where we needed to be or what to expect.

The transfers from central London to Wimbledon were excellent. They were punctual, comfortable, and incredibly well organised, taking all the stress out of getting to and from the Championships. After a long but unforgettable day, having the return transfer waiting was the perfect end to the experience. We did call to delay as there was an ongoing match and it was no trouble at all for them to re-organise.

The Debenture tickets themselves were everything we had hoped for. The seats offered fantastic views of Centre Court, and having access to the Debenture lounges, restaurants, bars and facilities made the day feel really special. It struck the perfect balance between the excitement of Wimbledon and a relaxed, premium experience.

Overall, Tailormade delivered exactly what they promised. Everything ran smoothly, the organisation was first class, and we genuinely felt looked after throughout the day. We couldn't have asked for a better way to experience Wimbledon and would happily book through Tailormade again. Highly recommended.

The team at Tailormade organised our day at Wimbledon on centre court for the women’s final. They organised transport, lunch and afternoon tea. The service rendered was exemplary. Questions about, and changes to our travel plans were dealt with promptly and efficiently and our day ran like clockwork. We extend a big thank you to Peter, Simone and Lorraine. We will be back!

Tailormade was unknown to me as I researched agencies to fulfill a bucket list trip to Wimbledon. I carefully studied options and became convinced that Tailormade offered a complete package that fulfilled our needs. They communicated early and often and were true to their word. It was a wonderful experience and to have great seats on Court 1 was the cherry on the top of a great visit. I would use them again for other adventures!

We had a wonderful experience with Simmone, of Tailormade Wimbledon Debenture Tickets. She did a fantastic job helping us plan our UK vacation, starting with getting us great seats to the Championships Wimbledon, booking all our transfers with Wheely to and from the airport to our hotel, hotel to Wimbledon, to our Dinner Cruise on the Thames, to the Cotswolds. She also arranged our private guided bike tour to the Cotswolds. Simmone worked with a local tour company to arrange all our hotels and dinners. Simmone is professional, diligent, caring, and responsive to my many questions. Our UK vacation was an amazing experience and much thanks to Simmone of Tailormade for coordinating and planning our trip.

Your VIP service was a real treat! The limousine pick-up and return was extremely helpful. We saw others waiting in LONG lines for an Uber or a taxi after the match. Our tickets included access to all 3 floors of Debenture dining options. Our seats were better than expected and we could see all the action. Thank you for making our day a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The entire process, from initial booking to match day, was well organized and of excellent quality and service.

Wimbledon was on my wife's bucket list for a long time and we are so glad we booked through Tailormade. Our seats were great, car service through Wheely was awesome, Savoy hotel experience was amazing. My interactions with Simmone and Lorraine were nothing but pleasant. Their attention to detail was excellent. Based on our past history, if we love something, we usually do it again!!

An outstanding way to experience Wimbledon. From the first enquiry, Simmone and team were very responsive and arranged around our specific plans. On the day of, it was completely seamless. It made the whole day feel effortless so we could just enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend and will be attending again soon!

We had a great experience at our first Wimbledon thanks to Tailormade! I was a bit hesitant and wary of buying debenture tickets online because there are only a certain number of authorized companies who can legally sell the tickets, and I wasn’t sure if Tailmormade was going to be legit. But, they are and we were given great seats (and on the shady side of the court, thank you!!!!) and the door-to-door transportation through the third-party company Wheely was great. I would absolutely use Tailormade again if we ever plan to see Wimbledon again.

Had a great time at Wimbledon and in London. Simmone and Lorraine were great with setting up the trip and answering all our questions, and all the drivers from Wheely (the transportation service) were great too. Thanks so much.

Thank you so very much! Pete was so helpful and gave excellent advice. Our seats were outstanding, and everyone was so lovely. Simmone and Lorraine were attentive and helpful, and the driver service, Wheely was very professional. In particular, our first driver, Anton, was so kind and wonderful. We had an exemplary visit and are very grateful for your help.

We had a truly wonderful experience thanks in large part to Pete and Simone's advice and expertise. Everything was perfectly orchestrated from start to finish. For many, Wimbledon may be a once in a lifetime adventure but given our experience that may not be true. Thank you Pete and Simone.

Simmone and Lorraine were just outstanding in making this complete trip extraordinary for my wife and I! Without a doubt the BEST trip we’ve been on - and we’ve been to many places. My wife is still glowing at how well everything turned out for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!

My Wimbledon Day 1 and Day 2 package on Court 1 and Centre Court respectively, was outstanding. I had great debentures tickets, saw several wonderful matches, includng Serena's return to Wimbledon and enjoyed exploring the grounds, shop and museum. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. A note to first timers, bring food as the concession queues are long. My stay at the Royal Lancaster Hotel was first rate and the limo service provided by Wheely worked like a charm. Thank you to Simmone, Lorraine and the team at Tailormade for a very memorable experience. It was a significant investment, (especially given CDN FX) but a dream come true. I'd love to do it again.

Outstanding professionalism, excellent service, and exceptional courtesy. The private chauffeur to and from the Championships was the icing on the cake! An experience we would happily repeat.

From the excellent chauffeur drivers from airport to hotel and reverse and to Wimbledon and back,
