I applied for a car loan through Wasatch peaks. Received a phone call asking for clarification on a few things which i sent in an email. I called three seperate times, left three seperate messages and STILL havent heard on a decision being made. I've moved on since but I've lost respect in this Credit Union.

HORRIBLE
You guys have horrible customer service. Each time I’ve had an issue, it never gets resolved until about the 5th call. I applied for a credit card 2 months ago and never heard anything back from Amy. Each time I’ve called about the credit card, I always get a different answer. You guys are crap.

I like the service and credit union , I do believe that I have to wait to long for my checks to clear so I can have my money . I think 3 days should be enough. Not 7 days. Other than that I'm satisfied.
