I've been a member for almost 30 year, what else needs to be said

The following review has been edited because Wasatch Peaks Cindy called us, was congenial, helpful and resolved the issue. This is the kind of service we have had for decades at this Credit Union. Thanks to Cindy and Wasatch Peaks for the quick, efficient action.
For decades we have belonged to this credit Union, and we have received superb service until today. I sent a message concerning a check "lost in the mail" that we wished to void. The message we received was to call 802-627-8700 for the form through the email for me to sign; the email said it would be "quick and easy." When I called Customer Service, I was finally connected to the line. "Christian" (I believe that is his name since he choked it out.) growled at me when he answered the phone, and then as I started to answer, he hung up/we were cut off. So, I called again, and the answering service at the credit union was not working correctly because I was put into the middle of another call without any greeting, etc., but after staying on the line, the Wasatch Peaks Credit Union greeting came on, and I selected customer service again. This time Lisa answered and I explained the problem to me. Her response, "Yes, we can do that, but it will cost you $15. My frustration is at a peak!!!! If I were to rate this Credit Union a week ago, I would have given it 5 stars, but then I have not dealt with the rude attitude before.

If I call to talk to a representative it takes 5 to 10 minutes to talk to someone. Ever since you bought out Weber credit union I’ve been disappointed with service

Wonderful I was going out of town and I called to let someone know that they made see charges and they looked up my account and they actually put notes on my account right now with the dates I would be out of town and what city it made me feel very safe using my card
