BMW i8 warranty
Ive had a few things go wrong with my BMW i8 and every time WSG have authorized the work with minimal issues. They are prompt at replying. Ben was always quick to reply to emails and the whole process has been smooth their end. If only my car was as reliable....

Best thing I did was get an extended …
Best thing I did was get an extended gold warranty with this company when I purchased my car.
High pressure fuel pump went on my Mini which cost nearly a £1000.
The quote was sent in, they sent a response that the part was incuded in the warranty and to go ahead with the work.
My local garage did all the work and got paid direct.

Poor claims process
My car has been at the garage for 3 days due to poor communication between this warranty company and the garage. 3 days for a small sensor to be changed. They won’t even cover the full cost, and expected it to be done with minimum labour cost. Very disappointed in the service!

Received 6 month warranty with the purchase of my car. I had emails almost imminently with details of the policy.
