We have been looking for a property to purchase for some time and Walter Living definitely made the process easier. Netherlands is very competitive market where patience and insights are key. They have been able to steer our bidding process better than we would have been able ourselves and having this type of advantage is pretty useful. Probably saved us few months of searching.

Great and dedicated service!
I did not end up buying a house, but I will use Walter as a tool in the future and hope to use their agents to help. I spoke with Joey in sales and then Paco as an agent. Bother were reliable, gave me a good feeling, did not rush me, looked into my questions even when we were leaning away from buying after all (due to mortgage rates). I cannot speak to whether they do a good job in the buying process, but the tool and customer service that I experienced was great. Hope to work with them again in the future!

The process went smoothly, they arranged all the requested viewings and you can choose to go with an agent or by yourself. The technical inspection professional they hired was good, they also helped a lot with the mortgage issues and all our questions in a very pleasant way. All remotely and customized which we prefer anyhow. As a piece of advice for buyers, the cost negotiation is a very personal matter relying first on your budget and guts, and you cannot expect the agent to always get you an amazing price. So you too have to do your homework and get a feel of the market. Good luck!
