Absolutely amazing! I worked with Emmely and it was my first time buying a house. I think I got lucky partially, but also thanks to the immense help from Emmely, we managed to win the first bid! The communication was very friendly and effective, Emmely usually replied within a couple of hours and was always ready to solve problems. Even beyond that, now that I already signed the deed of transfer with a notary, she is still helping me with closing some final issues that arose during the final inspection.

I paid almost €4000 and this included the technical house inspection and the official evaluation report. Definitely worth it, as I did not have to arrange this by myself. As for the purchase agreement, they followed me step by step, highlighting the most important parts of the agreement, telling me whether it was a standard clause and why it was put there. They also helped me choose the notary.

It was my first purchase and I realised how important it is to be supported by an expert. It was not easy to buy a house in such a market and their analysis of the actual value of the property each time that I wanted to do a bidding was super useful to take the right decisions.

Working with Hester was great. She went above and beyond with answering my stupid questions. I managed to get the NHG guarantee thanks to her knowledge of the landscape which was better than that of the hypotheek advisor. Overall however, if it wasn't for the data scraping tool they have, I think the value for money is poor. I never met with the agent even when signing the final deed and collecting the keys which seems odd.

Very professional and highly reliable data based approach. Paco was our buying agent, he is calm and friendly, very professional. He answered all of our questions and was always reachable via email and phone, and always back to us with answer very quickly. They were very professional, helped to understand the market but also gave us freedom to decide. We aplied for about 5 houses and every time they tried to improve the process to increase our chances. The platform is amazing, very useful.
