I was happy with the ordering and delivery process but now I need to return the coat as it doesn't fit. I've tried emailing and filling in the contact form but had zero response. I have now tried to phone and it goes to answerphone, I have left a message but again no response. Very disappointed, I am worried I will be stuck with an expensive jacket that is unsuitable.

Great company, perfect designs and styles.
Absolutely delighted with my raincoat. Fits perfectly and looks so stylish. I am a petite fit 5 ft 2 inches and the size 8 was just the ticket, perfect length and well designed shape! Indigo colour suits me well and material is just what is needed for rainy Irish weather.
