This was my first experience getting a home car charger and there are a lot on the market to choose from. I’d read some reviews which were all positive, that together with they were a tiny bit cheaper and only wanted half the money upfront (not all of it like the others).
I’ve been extremely impressed with the customer service I’ve had, even had replies out of hours at the weekend. The charger was fitted within a week, installation went smoothly & had follow up emails checking all ok. I haven’t yet used the charger as I haven’t needed to, but I’m confident that if there is an issue it would be resolved quickly. So pleased with my decision to go with WaEv, that I would definitely recommend.

The installer was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Really impressive finishing. Ran the cable outside the house rather than through the house which was fantastic and much better. He then explained how it worked. A really nice guy too.

Great service, paid in full and next day had email yo fill forms and then 24 hours later was fitted. Follow up call to check in and cant believe how quick it was fitted. Spoke to Elliott and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Really easy from start to installation, installation booked on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday and was installed Thursday, I wasn't home but the Mrs said the installation guys we're polite and they done a neat and tidy job.

Can't test it yet as our new car hasn't been delivered but at least we're prepared!

This genuinely might be the best EV company to date.

Great customer service, clear communication and fast install with flexible date options, fast track and pay with instalments which are entirely flexible based on how much deposit you want to put down. The charger is very easy to use, links straight to WiFi and took less than a minute to set up which the install guy did. Charger unit was delivered free to house the day before and the installer had the cable with him to link from electric meter cupboard to desired wall location, you give an idea of how many meters of cable thats likely to take and as part of your initial assessment, its all captured on video and pics from your phone. Highly recommend WAEV for installing a car charger point

Recently got a charger from this company at very reasonable price. The process was very quick from start to the end. Moss was very helpful and managed to answer all my questions and helped me setup everything. Excellent service!

The best best customer service of any company I have ever experienced. Contracted on whatapp quite late at night and yet a friendly voice at the end of the phone being able to help me support me but most of all listen to what was wrong so we could get out sorted I have to mention that this was also very very late at night most people are in bed. Customer service and knowing your product is how you get loyal customers, and these guys definitely know what they’re chatting about!! Thank you again for saving a super stressed overtired mum !

Just had my waEV charger installed and it looks brilliant, from ordering it to fitting took 5 days and the lad who fitted it done a very good professional job 10/10. waEV keep you informed with texts and emails so your not kept in the dark thank you very much the waEV team.

Super quick to install, I phoned on Monday and the charger was fully installed and working by Wednesday 9am, less than 48 hours!
Also very easy to set up with the app, communication was good from the installer and looks neat and tidy. Very happy.
