Went with WAEV as my choice of home charger, it was affordable and around £200 cheaper than other suppliers. I did go with HIVE, but had some questions that were simply unanswered, so l cancelled the installation, if customers service was poor at inception who knows how bad it would be later. Where as WAEV responded immediately answering all questions by return. I did pay £49 for a quicker install date, but this never happened, but l was refunded the additional cost immediately, again no fussing , just supporting the customer. The changing unit and associated app is brilliant and the electrician installed the charger perfectly, tidy and friendly install. 100% recommend WAVE.

I had an issue with my charger at home and I contacted them through WhatsApp. They replied promptly and gave instructions on how to fix the issue as soon as possible. I am extremely happy with their customer service and greatly recommend.

The Engineer did a great job. 1hr to install, he knew what he was doing. I had an issue installing the app on the phone, however waEV went through the process from start to finish and I was able to use the features moments later.

From the start of the process to charging my car, the customer service has been excellent. I encountered a few minor issues in setup, but the team were on Hand, talk to me through the process, and got me up and running. The device itself has been installed really well, and the installer was able to follow all of my guidelines in terms of placement and access. I would definitely recommend this product but more importantly, this team.

Had a little trouble with the initial set up with conflicts between Octopus, Ford and WAEV apps not wanting to play nice together. Had to contact WAEV on WhatsApp and the chap I dealt with went all out to get this issue fixed. Took a little time but we go there in the end and I've got up this morning to a successfully charge car. 5 stars for customer service!

Having purchased a new EV I needed to set it up with my charger, this was my 2nd EV so I had an idea of what to do ..... how wrong could I be, it's been a long day between Octopus and WAev, I received fantastic help from both but WAev went above and beyond, I contacted them on WhatsApp and they sent through clear precise instructions, with screenshot, I followed them exactly but unfortunately it still didn't appear to work, I took some screenshot and added them to the WhatsApp chat after 6pm on a Friday evening, not expecting to receive a response until Monday, I was wrong, further instructions and screenshot requests, by 19.45 it had been sorted, the amazing customer service I have received from WAev has been second to none, clear and precise instructions that a 66 year old non-technical female managed to follow. Getting an EV charger ? go with Waev, fantastic customer service, highly recommend !

I had new WiFi and a new password so my charger went offline. I expected it to be a real pain to reset so I asked waEV via the WhatsApp and they straight away sent me an easy to follow link to their App/guide to reset it. If I can do it then anyone else could…. if you know what I mean, thank you waEV people.

Guys turned up today and I must say have done a first class job it’s an old 1950 house thick walls nothing was a problem.
Neat and tidy excellent work.
Easy to install App and successfully connections.

I made contact via website at the weekend, had the servey emailed on Monday and contact on Tuesday to book instalation, which was exactly a week later.
Great service, pleasant customer service and efficient and polite engineer. I couldn't fault them.

I had a charger installed a month ago and I still can't use my solar panels to charge my car. I have had numerous calls and emails from tech support and customer services who just tell me to "bear with me".
It's got to the point where I have requested that they uninstall it and refund me.
Update
Through the intervention of the MD we eventually sorted it. I have revised the score up from 1 to 2.
