It’s great style and very efficient

Am happy with both fans but one of them arrived covered in dust which was disappointing

Rather misleading on their own ad,

Stating “Pay just £46.66 today” could be misleading at it looks like you only have to pay £46.66, and not additional instalments which you don’t specify or state anywhere on the ad.
When you go to purchase at £46.66 it’s showing £130+.
So I’d say you need to be specific as trading standards could question and technically a customer could ask for it at that price as that’s what you are showing on the ad.

Have had my Vortex a couple of days but today is first day of testing it. Getting used to the swap controls between hot and cool modes appears a little off, but am working out the limitations which are not a great issue tbh. I do feel the on machine display could be brighter as cannot see it is a room with a lot of natural daylight on a white machine

I absolutely love my new water machine as I call it my water on the private estate where I live is disgusting smells like swimming pool water now I have lovely tasting water and the hot water feature makes life so easy for me as I have cerebral palsy now making a hot drink is a blast absolutely would recommend your product a god send for me

Everything fine but the remote turns the tv off

So far the vortex air pro plus has been a great addition to our bedroom. It looks stylish, it’s quiet and it’s very reasonably priced compared to other brands. It was delivered quickly and the communication from the team at Vortex air has been great too. Would definitely recommend.
