Used my vortex air for the first time last night. Blissfully cool (even on the first fan setting) I had no issues with delivery. Couldn’t be easier to use. You literally unbox and switch on. It’s light weight and portable. It’s not totally silent, you can hear it, but it’s not intrusive.. So glad I finally bought one .. I kept trying last year but they were so in demand the wait times were months so I got in early this year before the heatwave hit! So happy I did. I will sleep well this week as temps in London hit 30. Love that it’s dual cooling and heating as I will definitely use in the winter too. I can’t compare to other brands as it’s my first fan but design looks good and much better value for money than many others.

Can’t fault the quick delivery. But the Vortex Air, hot/cold/air purify is a big disappointment and not worth the money. I’m wanting to send it back. The only number that shows on the display is the fan speed. When using the temperature up/down you’ve no idea what the temperature is. Doesn’t appear strong enough to cool/heat a small room.Rubbish I’m afraid.

Happy with cold/heater functions to early to tell air purification. Remote fiddly no L. M.H.setting for heating (buttons) Display restricted viewing on base. Better on unit. Fan fixed in position but sways. Delivery was 4 day's because of weekend but pleasant and friendly.Good all purpose fan/heater.

I was not expecting the fan to be that powerful so I would highly recommend it .

My Vortex Air pro plus fan arrived this morning. Despite great packaging there was a dent next to the vent that affected the airflow.

I spoke to Demi in the office and this was rectified immediately. Amazing customer service so well done Vortex!

I had concerns the fans cool air may not be great but it is and right in time for a heatwave over the weekend. Highly recommend this fan and this company for customer service.
