I sent an email to see what was going on and they stated it was because I didn't make any selections and that I would need to log on - select - then they would update my cart for the missed shipping. Terrible.... Just terrible... You would be better off going on discogs getting vinyl... Good luck cancelling online.... They sent me the crappies records that is not even the genre I picked....

I was gifted a 3 MONTH subscription mid-November and it took over a month for me to receive my first delivery. The records were terrible, but that's not even the point of this review. I didn't realize that I was required to choose "new vibes" each month in order to receive my next delivery as I had already created my profile, shared my music preferences, and connected my Spotify account. I did start to wonder why I hadn't received the additional 2 deliveries included in my gifted subscription, but quite frankly I wasn't too concerned given the amount of time it took to receive the first. Flash forward to this week when I checked my bank statement and noticed I was charged $39.99 from VNYL... um, weird. I reached out to their customer service department explaining the situation and asking for a refund to then only receive a bullsh*t response saying that I hadn't chosen "my vibes" and that my subscription automatically renewed after 3 months. I received zero communication prior to being charged, no sign of any receipt for the charge, and my account still clearly states "3 Month Trio Gift". The individual I corresponded with gave zero sh*ts and refused to reimburse me for this charge. Clearly they are taking advantage of this system. It is incredibly deceitful and I highly recommend NEVER using this service. And just for the *record*, the records sucked.

Charged twice, yet to receive anything. Cannot cancel, cannot remove data protected information - they have everything. Currently reporting scam to financial services. STAY CLEAR.

I had really high hopes for this services as I was starting to get into records. although they asked me for my preferences they sent me bunch of albums form artist I have never heard of and couldnt even find on Apple Music. I was pretty mad. I now have 9 record and I only like one of them. They make it appear that you are buying a one time 99$ subscription but I was just charged for another 99$. im going to call but I have no hope that im going to get my money back. please its not worth it

Absolutely horrible! I tried this subscription under the impression that they would send me LPs of artists that I actually like (as they advertise), but instead I received three from artists I have never heard of.
I tried to cancel my subscription and was calling them every single day, no answer. I emailed them and dmed them on both Instagram and Twitter, no answer. Eventually, today, I got an email saying that they cancelled my subscription.
But now that I am reading these reviews I am horrified and afraid they will continue to charge me.

Tried to cancel the subscription twice. They'll only let you do it by phone and they won't pick up. I left a message to cancel, they charged me for 12 more months. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

Got a gift card to the service for Christmas, figured I'd try it out. Next thing I know, they're asking for my credit card number and nowhere on the site would it tell me what they were going to bill me for. After that, it's just absolutely terrible customer service. You can't actually reach anyone, they just send you directly to an answering machine. They'll spam you ads via text without ever asking you to opt in and no way to opt out. Privacy policy explicitly states that they're going to sell your info to 'trusted partners' and might send you 3rd party solicitations. This is after trying to connect to your spotify, discogs and even twitter account. Honestly, what does your twitter profile have to do with any thing they might use to 'curate' music.

And then there's the music: $10 bargain bin albums that seem to be more overflow distribution than anything else.

Do all of your friends a solid and steer them away from this service.

I purchased 1 month subscription in Feb 2020. They sent a vinyl of an artist I do not like. The vinyl did not work. I immediately canceled my account. I have a confirmation email from them that it was canceled on Feb 25, 2020. Now they have charged me 11 more months and have not sent anything. This is criminal. Horrible business. Needs to be shut down. Refunds need to happen ASAP. Who is operating this business??f

Update: their support team refunded all fraudulent charges. So that’s better than pure fraud. Still 1 star. They have to revise this practice of charging canceled accounts.

They will take your money for months without sending you anything or contacting . The site is not user friendly at all . I was supposed to receive credit for the payments the past few months but I haven’t received any word on it. I had no way of checking to see if the credit applied so I went through check out process and there was no payment method page. One click and I had ordered a vinyl , out of my bank account. Good luck on the refund because they rarely reply and never at a timely manner. Terrible. I was really excited for this service as the idea seemed really cool and unique, but wow did somebody mess this up.

If I could give zero stars I would... first they’ve been billing me without my permission for months and not sending anything. Now I’m trying to get my money back and my subscription cancelled and they blocked me from contacting them after! Do not support this, they are scammers

Same issues as everybody else. I was gifted a membership, required to put in CC information and am now being billed for a regular membership that I DID NOT sign up for.

I ordered a one time deal. Couldn’t figure out how it works. Had to order a crappy album I didn’t even want. Nine months later I look at my bank statement to see they charged me$39.98 and couldn’t figure out why. Did some research to se3 they billed me the same amount for the last nine months. They never sent an email stating they were billing me, never received records. They won’t refund. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Won’t respond to emails, text messages, or phone messages. Complete scam. Please stay away from this company!!!!!!!

They robbed me of $117 and refuse to refund me. Charged me 3 times without sending me anything until I emailed them about it, and when I got my curated vinyls, it was like they weren’t curated at all. I specifically wrote in my preferences that I didn’t want anything I didn’t already know, but I haven’t known any of the 6 records they’ve sent me. And the records they sent me aren’t even good. So anyways, don’t give this company your money, they’ll take your money continuously without sending you anything until you notice and then if they decide to send you anything, they’ll send you a bunch of crap you don’t want. VNYL is trash, it’s a scam, don’t give them your money.

The records they show on their advertisements and videos are NOT what you should expect. What you should expect when you open their package is an album from a no name band that very loosely relates to maybe one band you added to your list. They find barely sold albums and LPs from the bottom of the bins and give that to 90% of the people that subscribe. Go to a local record store and get something you want. Help out your community, not this company.

If I could do a zero I would. It is impossible to receive responses and I got a duplicate record and no way to return or exchange it.

Gifted this for Xmas. Nightmare. They will not issue a refund for their subscription. If you’re gifted this, be sure to cancel after signing up so that you’re not charged again. Following Xmas, sent another gift card. Can’t apply it to my account—have to start a new account/subscription.

If i vould give no stars, I would. I ordered in 2020 July and they have been secttrely charging my account since then. Robbed me of 100 dollars. I cant stop the payment or anything and I wish I could.

won’t allow you to cancel subscription and the toll free number doesn’t work. They also do not send records monthly as advertised. i would give zero stars if i could
