Elova Jewelry were very detailed in keeping me updated on delivery. I ordered the necklace 5/23 and delivered on 5/30. The color and quality are are beautiful. This piece is not overwhelming so you can wear it every day. The length of the necklace is perfect. Customer service is very good. Their response time is very efficient. Would definitely recommend. It came in a small burlap bag. Since it is a graduation present , I will need to go and find a box to put it in.
