I ordered a sleeveless vest/jacket as a birthday present for my son.It arrived promptly, but unfortunately my son was smaller than I thought and he needed to change it. He sent the product back to vizirider and received a very prompt hassle free exchange. I would highly recommend this company.

Jackets arrived earlier than expected and great follow up service
Jackets arrived earlier than expected. My wife loves how the jacket does its job; drivers see her from way out and adjust accordingly. I too have seen much more caution from drivers who clearly see the flashing LEDs and seem to pay attention. Love it. After sales addition - I made a mistake and thought that a small part of the package had not been included when in fact it had! Vizirider simply offered to replace it - immediately and with no quibble - a rare occurrence these days!! Thanks alot Vizirider

Poor sizing.
Delivery was prompt and order handling good but sizing way off. Very disappointing - even in the big size the zip wasn’t even close. There must be other large(ish) cyclists out there who also need to be able to purchase hi vis!

Superb service in every respect!
I found Vizirider excellent to deal with. Simon dealt with my original enquiry efficiently and professionally and yet in a very friendly manner. The gilet I ordered came quickly and I was kept informed of its progress throughout. Unfortunately it was too small on arrival and so I contacted Simon who again was extremely helpful and he sent a replacement larger size within 24 hours and again phoned me to keep me informed. The service could not have been better - a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Simon!!!

Great LEDs, quality material
LEDs are great. Jacket is thicker / better quality material than I had anticipated.
Only concern is that the battery connection might be a bit flimsy - I don’t remove it to recharge and haven’t tried washing the jacket yet.
