Excellent service this morning in Dunfermline shop! Was in and out with a few options within about 20 minutes!! First bra I tried on was a perfect fit couldn’t believe how comfortable it felt! Would highly recommend! Thank you! X

Visited the Dunfermline store. Made an appointment for a fitting. Fantastic service given. Lovely girls working there. Best EVER bras ive had fitted in my life. It's my first visit but won't be my last. I have struggled getting bras to fit as they are supposed to. Ive now got 3 that fit extremely well. So so pleased.

First time visiting this lovely little shop in Glenrothes yesterday. Despite it being so busy we were made most welcome. No appointment needed for a bra fitting lots of beautiful bras for Ladies with larger bust sizes which was like a breath of fresh air. My Sister purchased a beautiful bikini and I got a Bra which actually fits perfectly which made me feel amazing. Definitely worth a visit and we will definitely return, maybe we will pay the new shop in Dunfermline a visit next time.

Visited the Glenrothes store and had my first ever professional bra fitting. I love my new bras and they fit perfectly. The staff helped make me feel at ease throughout the whole experience.

I had such a lovely experience at Lissie Lingerie and would highly recommend booking a bra fitting.

I initially popped into the Dunfermline shop without an appointment, but the staff were busy with pre-booked fittings. They were very friendly and explained I was welcome to wait or browse and try things on myself. As I’d recently lost weight, I really wanted a professional fitting, so I went online and booked an appointment for the following week – which happened to be my birthday!

My fitting with Dominica was fantastic. She immediately put me at ease, and I didn’t feel anywhere near as self-conscious as I’d expected. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, bringing in several different styles for me to try. She explained how a bra should fit properly, showed me how to position myself correctly for the best fit and comfort, and helped me understand what size worked best for me.

I left with two bras, including a sports bra, and ordered another style that wasn’t in stock. Since wearing my new bras, I’ve received so many compliments on how I look. I’m convinced it’s because my new bras give me the support and uplift I needed and really show off my new waist after losing weight!

When I returned to collect my ordered bra, I also bought a bottle of Soak after seeing Mel, the owner, recommend it online for caring for bras. It was a lovely extra touch and shows how passionate they are about helping customers get the most from their purchases.

If you’re considering a bra fitting, I can’t recommend Lissie Lingerie enough. My biggest tip would be to pre-book your appointment, as it’s clearly a popular service—and after my experience, I can absolutely see why!

I attended an appointment at your Glenrothes store. The staff member was amazing and I went away with three new bras from brands I hadn’t used before. I love them. Went into Dunfermline without an appointment and got seen straight away. The staff were so kind and helpful. Found the perfect bras that were exactly what I was looking for. Also bought the Soak to wash my bras and keep them good. Will be back and keep up the excellent service.

The whole experience from fitting to choosing a bra was really good . The staff are lovely and I ordered my bra they said a week and it was here before that would really recommend trying them.

First even bra fitting and it was amazing the lady made me feel comfortable and talk me through all the different bra and found one that fit my body perfectly I would recommend this service to everyone

I popped in without an appointment and received excellent service. Melissa was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. The size I needed wasn't in stock, but it was ordered and arrived within 3 working days.
I can't wait to wear my new bikini on holiday.

Based on the advertising I'd seen online, particularly on TikTok, I was under the impression that the shop catered for a wide range of sizes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that there were very limited options available for smaller sizes.
At the start of my fitting, I mentioned that I was worried nothing would fit because I'm so petite. The fitter responded that it was "such a good problem to have." When I explained that it actually isn't and that being so small is one of my biggest insecurities, she laughed. I found this quite dismissive and it certainly didn't help my confidence.
In the end, there wasn't anything available that fit me properly. However, I will say that the fitting itself was informative, and the staff did a good job of explaining how a bra should fit and what to look for.
My gran also had an appointment at the same time and, as she is a larger size, she was able to find a bra that fit well and left happy with her experience.
Overall, the fitting advice was helpful, but I felt the shop's marketing gave the impression that it catered for all sizes when that wasn't my experience, and I was disappointed by the way my concerns about my size were handled.

After previous bad experiences when going for a fitting I can honestly say this was a joy. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. There are is a great range with lots to choose from. The bra I bought was so comfy I wore it out the shop. This will be the only shop I buy my bras from.
