DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have taken 2 payments yet weeks later haven’t delivered any boxes. They say it’s stated on their website that it’s a subscription service, which yes it is, but it doesn’t say that they’ll take 2 payments before even delivering anything to you! I had to ask my bank to block their future payment requests and possibly to get my money back since I still haven’t received anything!
Look at their social media, loads of complaints from people who have had the same thing happen to them. They ignore emails and comments and when they do respond they offer no solutions. Don’t be fooled by their responses to the bad reviews on here, as stated, they have ignored emails yet on a public forum they’re trying to look responsive!

Utter con artists! DO NOT USE!
I cancelled my subscription before it renewed and they took 2 payments from me! I’ve emailed them several times, the only response I received was from a vivadogs subscription I had last year stating they hadn’t taken a payment in October despite me sending screenshots, they are utterly incompetent and obviously can’t tell the difference between 2017 and 2018. I’ve been waiting over a week for them to reply to my latest email! Absolutely disgusting customer service with completely incompetent staff!

I placed an order for a £5 trial box. The payment did not go through as I entered part of my address incorrectly. I thought this would be the end of it as Viva Cats asked me to get in touch to help them authorise the payment. A few days later Viva Cats took a payment for £19.90 despite not having authorisation to do so (order ref: PZUCBEMKW#322). I have contacted them a number of times to request a refund but have not received a response nor have I received a box. Please, do not use this company as you will have the same issue and it is impossible to cancel. Can somebody from Viva Cats contact me to resolve this

Vivacats is a scam. Do not give these people your bank details. I made a one-off payment for a box (which is still yet to arrive) & then I find they’ve drawn down further money from my account under a new order number which I neither created nor consented to. I’ve tried emailing them & contacting them on social media, but they do not reply. They are not a UK company & do not abide by British laws. Whatever you do, DO NOT give these people your bank details. I have had to have my debit card cancelled & have the bank block future transactions from them to protect myself. Be careful!

Keep taking money even after cancellation
Emailed to cancel my subscription, no response. Payment taken after cancellation, no response to several emails sent. No reply on social media either. Box i received was not worth the money, no customer service at all, taking money without my consent.
Had to file a grievance with my bank so they can no longer take money out my account.
Do not sign up to this company!
Vivacats since messaged me asking to prove i am a customer - that was all. No apology , still no customer service 😂

Very good costumer service, prompt shipping, the products were amazing and my pet wasn’t really really happy! Good value of money for products as well.

There are some snack treats that you can't get anywhere else and some interesting toy's.
He's only on his second box after two months but so far so good. Also you can give the company preferences for any treats that your cat doesn't like. George says... "Yeah, me likes it very much fanks."
Scammers! Stay away! They don't abide by UK trading laws & you can't cancel!
Vivacats will send you the boxes, that isn't the problem, the products are not worth the amount paid though. My issue is you can't cancel. I cancelled 6 months about via the email address they tell you to use on the website, they are still today trying to take money out of my account. No one will ever respond to the emails. I've sent many now including to the email address of the website owner whose details you can get from searching the Domain registration details. I am contacting the authorities. I have managed to get my bank to block the payment requests but they told me that other banks may not be able to do this permanently and I'm still not 100% mine can forever. So you have to keep checking your statement. Also they are masquerading as a UK company, they are based in Spain. Under UK law they have to show a trading address on the website and a contact phone number, neither of which they do. My advice, don't sign up... you'll regret it!
