Worst packaging method
No complaint about the products, but the worst packaging method ever: each individual piece ordered came in a separate box. (I ordered small items that would have easily fit in one box). I ended up with a pile of boxes in front of my door while ordering tea..Not to mention the flyers each contained.

Good selection of products
Good selection of products, but often products aren't fully labelled, e.g. they often miss the gluten-free label. That makes searching for them hard as you either already have to know the product or have to read each ingredients listing to find matching products.

Incomplete Order - Difficult Support
For the second time I received and incomplete oder. The support is not very easy to contact in oder to correct the problem. The last time this happened it took several phone calls to correct. This may be the last time I order from Vitafy.
