Product received with protection seal opened
Although Vitafy has a large offer of products, it's the 2nd time I receive products with issues on the protection seal. Firs time it was partially opened! 2nd time my Glutamine came without it and I know the products from Optimum Nutrition come with it. It seems the product was opened and maybe used before and I won't use it! This doesn't give a trustful impression. I'm still waiting for their feedback about replacement with the protection seal or reimbursement!

I like vitafy very much
I like vitafy very much! The deliveries have been quick and correct so far.
I order in switzerland and the shop has a good price-performance ratio. But in Nov. 21 i received a Blueberry-Cheesecake Whey-Protein instead of a chocolate flavoured (not so cool) ...and now i in Jan. 22 i received a t-shirt in small instead of medium size. even though i'll order further on at vitafy 'cos of great prices and combos.

Very bad logistics
I ordered in Switzerland, because of time and short delivery ways. Then I saw that my order was transferred to Germany. I could have ordered there directly for less money. My order was stored in Germany from the 23rd to the 28th. So I did not receive the order for Christmas.
I ordered a small product but it was packed in a large parcel. This is a large waste of material. I will never order at Vitafy again.

Vitafy is my shop of choice for fitness supplements. I was slightly disappointed with the selection this time. Not many low carb options, only one keto fuel brand and the high absorption magnesium supplement from Doctors Best was not available. All in all still 4 starts with 5 stars delivery. I will keep using Vitafy.
