Good products and fair prices but each time at least one of the Tahini or Peanut butter containers is leaking and the oil is spilling all over the place. But I must say the Vitafy customer service replies immediately and gave me a refund on the leaked product and a small voucher as an apology for the spilled box. I hope Vitafy will put some tape around the lids to prevent leakage in the future.

One box with xucker was ripped open and the powder was all over the place.

I accidentally chose the wrong address when ordering. After the initial order there was no possibility for changing my address. Also they didn't send an E-mail address to the deliverer, thus I didn't receive any E-mails when the delivery failed due to the false address.
There should be the possibility of manual overriding the fully automated order and delivery process.

Product (baby milk) as described, competitively priced, and delivered on time.

I ordered a tiny jar of creatine expecting for it to arrive in 3 to 4 days but it took 8 days. Too much. I ordered an inclinible bench in another website, and it took only 2 days to deliver. I don't think I'll order anything again from Vitafy.

Delivery took longer than expected. The Starter Vitality Box looks good.

I am happy with Vitafy, I use to order their products at least once a month.
No worries if I have to wait some (unexpected) more day for the delivery. That's probably a matter of DPD ... :)

the vitamins arrived well packed and on time. No problems here.

Delivery much langer than scheduled.
Product is exzellent, but we knew the product, have used it for years - first time ordered with vitafy.

delivery took to long and i got the wrong version of my product. i choose a flavour but they sent me the unflavored version.

Two products were broken and delivery always takes quite long.

Das man von vitafy nicht allzu viel erwarten kann, haben wir zwischenzeitlich mehrfach bestätigt bekommen... aber BITTE... wenigsten hättet ihr darauf achten können das Produkt genügend zu polstern, damit eben die Box NICHT aufplatzt. !!!!!!!!! Man merkts... da arbeitet ein deutsches Unternehmen.... Da wird Inkompetenz und Unfähigkeit definitiv sehr gross geschrieben.

Dies war unsere erste und GARANTIERT LETZTE Bestellung.

IMMERHIN DIE RECHNUNG UND AUFFORDERUNG DIE RECHNUNG ZU BEGLEICHEN... DAS HAT GLEICH MEHRFACH GEKLAPPT!!!

Now they have finally achieved this great achievement and delivered the package on the second attempt! Congratulations !!! In the meantime, we have received several confirmations that you cannot expect too much from vitafy ... but PLEASE ... at least you could have made sure to pad the product enough so that the box does NOT burst open. !!!!!!!!! You can tell ... a German company works there ... Incompetence and inability are definitely very important. This was our first and GUARANTEED LAST order. ALWAYS THE INVOICE AND REQUEST TO PAY THE INVOICE ... THAT HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES !!! The invoice will be paid at the end of the month. NOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT !!!
