Multiple delivery issues
Completed my order, looked good and thought I’d order months in advance. Tracked my order, ended up getting delivered to a completely different address. Double checked my delivery address, nope my address down. Benefit of the doubt as deliveries sometimes go wrong. Next package, delivered to wrong address again.

Make sure you always pause your subscription when you're not sure when you want it to come next. I used the delay option and forgot to keep track of it. Suddenly you get the charge in your account and there is nothing you can do to cancel it. I messaged straight away when I saw the charge and even tho the order had not been shipped they won't cancel it. I've got now a 2 months pack worth $95 dolars that can't be cancelled and unfortunatelly, I'll just waste it as I'm no longer taking these vitamins. I wish they had notified/reminded me before sending to production to give me the chance to change it before it was too late.
Other than that, I love the compostable individual package and the option to personalise the quantities and vitamins you're taking on the app.

Easy, efficient and fast
With my ADHD it makes remembering to take my vitamins an absolute struggle. Having them packages so conveniently has helped greatly! I simply sit my car keys on top and grab one on the way out ☺️
