My order arrived today - VITAMIN B6 TOXICITY WARNING

My order arrived today. I was horrified to find no bottle but a large tin and refill boxes. Each tablet wrapped individually. All apparently for convenience. I can assure you it is not convenient at all for myself. Instead of opening a jar I have to grab hold of one tablet wrapped, and try and unwrap. More difficult to open due to rheumatoid arthritis. No discreet smaller tablet box to sit next to my seat. Big container instead for all to see. I purchased the activated Vit B. One week after my purchase a big warning over the national news is do not take 10mg or more of Vitamin B6 every day as it causes nerve damage - permanent. Apparently many people have had nerve damage in the finger and feet and now can no longer walk and are disabled. I had to call Vitable and cancel my order immediately. These tablets in their current form are a HEALTH RISK - called VITAMIN B6 TOXICITY at 10mg per day. I will make sure I have lengthy breaks from taking these tablets to ensure I dont acquire an injury. I believe the company should look at this urgently. A pity because it is hard to find activated Vitamin B's all together in the one formula. I may return if there are some changes and choices.

TGA on 10 November 2022 provided new labelling and use regulations. First, your product when arred does not have any labelling - I searched inside the packaging and there is none. The tin provided in is not protected from children. There is no list of each vitamin with the dosage. This means individuals are unable to compare if any other vitamins they use also contain Vitamin B6 and are tiltrating up over the limits. The point is- you do not label the product adequately and the container is not secure. So many issues can arise from this, multiple different vitamins purchased via Vitable is unrecognisable. No label on the front of the tin. Tin is open fronted. The inside wrapper is small writing and inadequate. No brochure/s. Combined is cause for much concern. While your marketing is directed toward 18-30 year old's, what happens if a newborn and/or young child enters the scene. Your marketing age bracket and delivery presentation to all Australians are non-congruent.
ADDENDUM
I have searched TGA and raised complaint as there are requirements regards packaging. I searched Australian Government TGA - ARTG search tool if these vitamins or vitable or DoseAid Pty Ltd or GenNext Pharmacy have registered the vitamins for sale in Australia. Found that these vitamins are registered under the name of Digital Services Australia II Pty Ltd. All the names listed over the place makes it hard to actually find the name and register the complaint correctly with TGA in the first place.

In regard to your concern about Vitamin B6, we understand the recent media reports regarding Vitamin B6 and potential risks. We continuously monitor health updates to ensure our products meet safety guidelines, and our Activated B Complex contains a standard 10mg dose of pyridoxine per day, which is well within the daily limits recommended by the TGA.

We always recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare professional to discuss any concerns you may have about your vitamin intake.

Best sleep I've had in ages!

I’ve been using the Magnesium Night Powder, and honestly, it’s amazing. I fall asleep so much faster now, and I wake up feeling properly rested. It also helps me feel more relaxed before bed, which is such a bonus after long, stressful days.

The taste is actually pretty good, and it’s super easy to mix into water. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something to help with sleep!

Don't need it.

The vitamins don't seem to work. I tried it for a month and monitored it on the app. I don't feel any different regarding my energy levels. Best thing you can do is just get a good nights sleep, have a good balanced diet, get some exercise, and have a strict routine. It's common sense really.

I feel better

I feel better. I feel a bit different but a good kind of different. My energy levels are up during the days. However, when a person wants to take the vitamins, they must make sure they eat. Because once I ate them and skipped breakfast. The hunger pangs are wild.

quick and easy

I love that I don't have to keep a handful of different containers in my cupboard; I can just take a packet out each day. They are also very affordable.
The only downside is that one of the vitamins I have been taking has been making me feel nauseous even though I am taking them with food.

Good experience

Allergy Vigilance - Well done!!

A lovely representative put my order on hold and contacted me to flag that I had noted a corn allergy in my quiz and had added vitamins that contained corn into my order!
Thankfully I had selected the allergy in error, but I was so impressed by their vigilance and immediate offer to amend my order before it was processed. Not only that, they contacted me twice via email and once via text to get on to me. Seriously great customer service!!

Makes taking vitamins so easy!

Really great quiz, helped me work out what vitamins I need, and easy to adapt the order according to my budget. The dispenser is such a good idea, it means my vitamins are on my benchtop instead of inside my cupboard, so I'm much more likely to keep taking them.

Personalise The Tin Too Please

The personal selection of vitamins makes this the best, tailor-made option out there. Vitamins are nicely packaged in a cool tin. Would be great to be able to have different tin colour options (or the personalised name printed on the tin), as 3 of our family members now use Vitable.
