UK buyers DO NOT purchase!! I paid for sunglasses with free shipping, 3 months later invoiced by FedEx for £47 for shipping cost - not VAT or customs fees as this company will try to argue. The FedEx invoice is for the actual shipping cost in black and white . This company has taken my personal details and given to FedEx to forward invoices to. I did not enter any contractual agreement with FedEx for shipping and they have illegally invoiced me 3 months later. GDPR breach reported. Absolute disgrace of a company- AVOID at all costs.
Update order number 06-12076-76415 - you asked me for my order number whilst liaising with me on eBay at the same time. Presumably to make this review disappear or make customers think my review is not real. Uk customers deserve to know you will share personal data to a third party for customs fees you do not clearly publicise. You sent a screenshot of the payment page showing customs fees applicable- this is not what I saw on my screen when purchasing. Absolutely despicable!

I placed an order for glasses on 28.11.2024 with a number :

and since then nothing has happened. I wrote to the support several times, why they were not handed over to the courier and from there they check every day and nothing. My money has been pulled from the card, and there are no glasses and no delivery date. It is supposed to be a fake site!

This seller doesn't mention that they do not pay import taxes, and you will be hit with a massive bill once your items arrive in the UK.
I've been through HELL in the last 3 months trying to get Fedex off my back regarding this company, and they've now engaged a debt collection company.
I've never expereinced anything like this in my life, and this company have been nothing but difficult and unhelpful to deal with. I'm currently recieving all of their FedEx invoices - This is also a massive GDPR breach which I have reported to the correct authorities.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TRAUMA I'VE EXPERIENCED AND AVOID!!!

I only ordered lenses for a pair of glasses, which I received relatively quickly. However, they were not the ones I ordered, so I sent them back. The company does not cover the cost of the return, which is incorrect because they sent the wrong product. Therefore, I packed the lenses in an envelope and sent them with the German Post as a normal letter. The surprise came when vistaexpert denied receiving the article, arguing that there is no tracking number to certify its arrival.However, the German post office is a serious partner that does not lose or steal letters. So, the only ones who were not reliable are those from vistaexpert.
Something like this has never happened to me before, to be forced to pay for a product that I returned .

Useless Italian company
Useless Italian company, wasted my time sending my glasses back for warranty repair after they confirmed the defect by email and confirmed they will repair them, I have all the email evidence. They did absolutely nothing and simply sent them back in exactly the same condition and when I contacted them with a long email and pictures, they simply said its not covered by warranty, no other details. AVOID this company, the worst customer support. Wasted my money on some expensive sunglasses!

I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut in the UK for £240. But on my way home, I searched online for the same model and found it for £100 less! Naturally, I was skeptical, but after researching the seller, I found out they were legitimate. Since these were Ray-Bans, I figured the lower price might be due to the company being Italian and selling an Italian brand. So, I placed an order, and a week later, my glasses arrived. I love them, and they're 100% authentic! I’ll definitely buy from them again. Since they don’t have a store in the UK, though, I guess I’ll still rely on Sunglass Hut to try on styles first 😅.

Their website states 5-7 working days delivery. I ordered 2 sets of lenses on 01/08/24, 8 days later I got an email saying they weren’t in stock so I picked some different ones. On the 29/08/24 I am still waiting for them to be delivered. I was hoping to have them for a holiday on 01/09 but nearly a month later, it’s looking very unlikely.
