The sunglasses that I bought

The sunglasses that I bought, are too big for me. I asked for a return form in order to return them and get a refund. Finally a nice lady replied via email, telling me that I will receive a return form via email and this should be done in two days. Four days have passed and nothing happened. Although I am a keen online shopper, I haven’t experienced this issue before!

The items are different when I got them they look so cheap & I have to pay for return shipping also, I don't recommend people shopping from the page

Terrible delivery and customer service

Terrible experience! The order was placed on Feb 3rd and a delivery estimate given of Feb 13. The product was not despatched until Feb 11, meaning it did not arrive before I left on holiday.

I emailed the company to let them know that I would have to buy a pair at the airport and would need to return the product when I was home. By the time I returned from holiday I am told my return is not valid as I only emailed and did not fill out their form. Clearly I could not complete the form as I had not received the product.
By the letter of the law I am sure the company have all the power. What disgusting customer service that they cannot be reasonable.

Kept me informed throughout

I purchased these designer sunglasses for my Turkish friend, I hope he likes them. The service from this company was excellent from acknowledging my order until it arrived with me on time. Every stop the package took was given to me by email so I knew exactly where it was at ant time.

Sadly the glasses where discontinued…

Sadly the glasses where discontinued which of course isn't something I blame Vistaexpert for, I was asked if I was interested in anything else or wanted a refund. I chose the refund and within days the money was back in my account. Great service and quick to respond, all in all a site I would enjoy buying from in the future.

One month on... no sunglasses ... no good

I ordered Oakley sunglasses on 27th December. On January 13th I contacted HelpDesk to advise they were not delivered, they said they would investigate. It's now Jan 25th...one month later.... no communication from Help Desk and no sunglasses

Trust to buy from this shop!
I‘ve ordered a pair of sunnies MIU MIU (originals) and arrived in 4 days!
To mention that the order is made from Germany and the shop is in Italy.
So those from UK which give bad reviews because of the shipping problems, you should think first why you give a bad review, only because you are in UK and you have problems with the shippments…
So if you are in Schengen you will have no problems with the shippment.

Where is my order?

Where is my order?!

It should have been delivered on the 3rd of January, still nothing! And when I track my order it says that its still in Italy since days and nothing changes.

I wrote 2 mails to vista expert, no answer! I want my money back asap!
