Awful got a trial one of the regular contacts, wanted to try the vitamin ones to see if I’d like them better so ordered them. Was waiting for a few days with the notification that they’d been shipped but got nothing, went on my account to check and my trial was on hold (i was given no notification for this). I had to message the support team asking why this had happened and they said it was because i already had my details for a trial so I couldn’t have my trial (they didnt cancel it when they found this, they put it ‘on hold’ presumably so they could take my money) and I hadn’t ordered the vitamin trial (which I had). Anyway i got my refund atleast but still annoyed I couldn’t trial those contacts. I was actually considering subscribing but if it’s that awkward to even get a different trial box what the hell is a subscription going to be like

Great experience with delivery and customer support
Bought these for one of my team members and she loves them. I have put my whole family on to them. Everyone is excited about their new (affordable dailies). Got to NY in a matter of days and had a great experience with the customer support team.
