Dishonest
I’ve used vision direct for a long time and recommended it to everyone I know. I accumulated a credit on my account through sharing my referral code. After this period Vision Direct decided that credits will expire within a certain period, so the next time I go to make a purchase my balance that I worked so hard to acquire was gone ☹️
That’s really frustrating because if this was a rule at the time, I would not have bothered with it. This new rule should not apply to those who worked hard to promote the website when it was understood at the time that credits do not expire.

Je suis vraiment désolé pour le long délai d'expédition de votre commande. Les prescriptions toriques multifocales sont très complexes et doivent donc toujours être commandées.
Parfois, des retards supplémentaires avec le fournisseur peuvent être annoncés et dans ce cas, nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour informer le client dès que possible.
