Paid for nothing, delivery late

I paid additional money for 1-day delivery with DHL
it took 3 days, so I had to leave on a journey without the contact lens and wear glasses instead.

Poor customer service

I purchased lenses from Alensa and 6 lenses tore after just 2-3 days of use (they we’re 14 day contact lenses) so I raised this issue directly with Alensa and they refused to provide any replacements or reimbursement as they demanded that I had photos or kept the damaged lenses. This is/was a ridiculous policy as no one would retain torn lenses.

lost order and unhelpful customer service

Firstly they lost my order, i had to get the money refunded and reorder my items and they did not even notify me about it. Second, I tried to file a complaint about some faulty lenses that kept on breaking and the response i got was extremly unhelpful and rude.

I can not belevie that this is according to their customer service standards because after interacting with: Kaisselin I am not returning as a customer to Alensa since you have been an absolute disapontment from the start.

Disappointed
