Exceptional customer service
This was my first order and I didn't see I had selected a bottle which was awaiting more stock which meant my Christmas order would arrive on 27th December. I connected Vino and Sara efficiently helped sort the issue by swapping the one bottle holding up the entire order.
You don't often come across exceptional customer service!
I will definitely be ordering again.

A quick fix and a happy customer
