Everything Works Great

Delivery is always as per promise, and the prices at Vino are very competitive. Very efficient and simplein terms of logistics too. I have recommended Vino to two freinds who are benefitting as well. Reliable company

Reliable company, I am very satisfied. The customer service replied quickly to my request for information and the delivery went smoothly. The package arrived on time (actually even 1 day earlier than expected! ) and the bottles were intact. They were a gift and the recipient told me that they were packed very well so there was no risk that they could break.

Poor service

I ordered a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne on 1 February 2025. I received the bottle damaged on 5 February 2025. Of course, it is always possible for a bottle to be damaged during transport. Vino.com cannot help that. In this case, the cracked bottle was very well packed and the damage must have been evident before it was sent. So it was not checked or sent with the intention of being damaged. I contacted Vino.com to ask if they could send a new bottle. They could not. I could only send the bottle back and get a refund. Or I could keep the bottle for a EUR 50 discount. The option of keeping the unsellable bottle at a small discount seemed also dangerous to me. There is 6 bar pressure on a champagne bottle and with this damage, there was a real chance of the bottle exploding. I then asked if the bottle could be picked up and I could get a new one at the old price. I received no response to the latter. I then stayed at home all day on a Monday, but the courier did not show up that day. I contacted Vino.com again. According to them, the courier would have come (absolutely not true) and the only thing they could offer was that a new courier would come. He would come between 9-12 am. I stayed at home again, but this time the courier came at 1 p.m. I have now sent 10 e-mails to Vino.com and stayed at home for 1.5 days just to get my money back. Vino.com did not offer any compensation for their mistake and all the time and effort I had to put into it to correct their mistake. Very poor service.

However, as soon as the return was successfully completed on February 27th, we immediately issued your refund.

We regret the inconvenience caused by the courier’s scheduling issues and appreciate the cooperation of your wife in finalizing the return. While we always strive to make our processes as smooth as possible, adherence to standard return procedures is essential to ensure proper handling of claims.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I would have given zero but that is not an option. An awful company. Placed an order on 2 December which was confirmed. Now cannot access my account to check on progress. No-one replies to my emails and they just hang up when you eventually get through on the phone.
