Positive experience even when being refunded
I’ve ordered many times from Vino.com and have always had a positive experience. Recently ordering whilst distracted I bought the wrong wine. I emailed and explained. A refund was issued the following day without any issues

wine never showed up after almost 2 weeks
ordered a box of wine for a party that was 10 days later. wine was supposed to arrive in 5 days but still hasn't shown up! the tracking shows the box has not even been shipped to my country. and the customer service offered me a sad 10% discount on my next order. I can assure you that we did everything we could to try to speed up the delivery of the goods; however, due to internal operational reasons of the courier this was not possible. Great customer service
I was waiting for a big order, and they were waiting for one of the wines I had ordered to be delivered to them. As I got pressed for time I contacted customer support, and they swiftly changed the wine to another, similar, that was in stock. Enen though it cost a bit more, they did not charge me for that and I got the wines delivered the day after. Great customer service!
