Excellent from start to finish, Boo had quite a big operation and she was so well looked after. Follow up visits have made me feel confident and reassured. Highly recommend village vets to care for your pet.

Everyone at the vet practice is dedicated to giving the best service to your pet, Megan is knowledgeable and talked through everything with me making sure I fully understand what was happening, can't recommend this vet practice enough.

Amazing service had emergency with my rabbit even though they where full they took him in,everyone helped out gave him the help and care he needed,even when he went back for a check up very gentle and careful with him

Most vets and ppl don’t understand our dog and his breeds characteristics, the confidence and reassuring nature of the vet who delt with our large breed dog was a breath of fresh air and a total pleasure to watch, past experience with different vets (in this surgery and others) have been a negative experience but this time was a lovely experience for us and our dog, grateful for vets who are committed and sincere to be with our family members

Village vets is a great vet. Really looked after my dog well over the last 7 years. The VIP club is excellent value for money. Staff are always friendly and polite.

The reception team greeted Livaï as the client. He was given treats an fuss from several members of the team. Livaï goes straight up to the desk and puts his paws on it and looks for treats from the staff. Unfortunately, the vet we were due to see thought we were late (we were early) for our appointment. However, we were assigned to another vet who was very apologetic and very capable. Once again, thank you everyone at Team Village Vets Formby.

The care and attention my little furry cockapoo Martha received was excellent, from reception, nurses and vet. All were amazing.

We are part of the VIP package and it is worth every penny to k ow our "little girl" is in safe hands.

My poorly beagle, Lily, received a same day appointment. The vet was lovely and diagnosed Lily's issue swiftly, prescribing anti inflammatories. The staff were friendly and caring, from reception staff through to the vet. Lily is recovering well.

When I take my little Bichon called Freddie to village vets everyone goes out there way to make a fuss over him from reception to the vets them selves, when he goes in to see the vet he is very good with him, he always gives him a full check over and makes sure he is always happy and healthy, they can’t do enough for my Freddie and that’s why I would always choose them and recommend them to everyone..

I’ve been with Formby Village Vets and Crosby for several years now. Both of my cats have been under Helen’s care for years and she is so great with them. I wouldn’t take my furbabies anywhere else! During my later cat, Aayla’s degenerative kidney disease, Helen took care of all of her needs. She has given exemplary care to Lunar too, who has an overactive thyroid and is in her twilight years. Helen always handles her with love and care. I only wish the clinic had some late night appointments and Saturday appointments too, this would greatly help to make regular appointments for elderly patients when I work full time, rather than use up all of my annual leave for appointments. The VIP plan is fantastic for budgeting purposes too.

Village vets Crosby is outstanding. It's the best vets we've ever been to by far. The Receptionists, Nurses and Vets are just incredible and it really feels different to any other practice I've been to. They incredibly friendly, very caring and they'll go over and above for both owners and pets. It's a real comfort to know that they are there when we need them and we feel so welcome. I would one hundred percent recommended this vetenary practice.

Staff are always very helpful & welcoming , Vet was very thorough & was genuinely interested , all in all a good experience.

The vets at Crosby are so attentive & professional & always give my little hound Saffron VIP treatment.

Village vets crosby takes great care of my dog poppy, whether its a general health check or poppy needs treatment, you are given the best service from the minute you walk through the door. Poppy is a very nervous dog but the vets take time to comfort her and keep her relaxed. Would highly recommend Village vets crosby.
