Basically I bought a spin dryer it was shockingly bad.
Flooded my flat. Stopped working (not due to the water, I was very careful about that).
The instructions seemed to be for a different machine entirely.
The company refused to refund me.

Do not ship to the whole of the UK
Do not ship to the whole of the UK. Will accept an order including shipping address, take your money then inform you 2 days later that they could not be bothered shipping it. Also worth noting next day delivery was chosen, but takes 2 days to even get in touch, Thank God it wasn't urgent?
Simply woeful. To find appropriate superlatives for the level of 'service' provided by this circus would get the report flagged.
Avoid as if your life depended on it, it's a half step above a scam.

Purchased a fridge from them. A real delight to find a company with a customer service team that actually provides customer service! Pro-active and responsive to queries and a faultless delivery by Furdeco today (earlier than the expected 5-7 days). Prices very competitive too.
