I bought a Hoover frost free fridge freezer, which was delivered with care and on time. It is a good quality model with a retro look and remains frost free which is great.

I ordered a microwave online, it was delivered damaged beyond repair. They sent a replacement, it was also damaged. No effort had been put in to packing it properly. It was delivered in the box from the factory. I gave up in the end and cancelled my order. Brought it from a local store which ended up being £20 cheaper. Customer service was good all the same.

Our product : a microwave ; was faulty after 5 weeks! I do feel it should have lasted longer than this! Our last one of the same make worked perfectly for 9 years! I have sent 3 emails to you regarding this! I would appreciate a reply from you..

I had never used this company before but recently purchased a built in microwave that came unfortunately bashed on one side ,but I called and spoke to Kerry who couldnt have been more helpful !Faulty microwave picked up.on the Monday new one arrived by the Wednesday !- amazing, and friendly service.Will be using again in the future!

Freezer arrived and when unpacked was significantly dented.
The delivery was dispatched promptly but I believe the driver was not updated re delivery. I received a message to say he would be here in an hour time slot, I was at the door, with it open and no one showed up, bit I did get a message saying he was sorry he missed me?!
The whole thing was too much like hard work and made me sceptical about ordering a replacement.
Think you should review your delivery arrangement and improve quality checks before items leave the depot. It was clear to me that this had previously been opened.

i ORDERED A FROST FREE iCE KING FREEZER VIA GOOGLE AND WHEN DELIVERED IT CLEARLY STATES MAUAL DEFROST,THE COMPANY SAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A GOOGLE ADVERT THAT THEN REVERTS THEM TO THEIR SITE TO ORDER,VERY UNHAPPY AND WILL NOT RESOLVE ISSUE.

The disappointment is on my side, not yours. There is nothing wrong with the fridge but it is much smaller than I thought and hardly adequate for my needs.

Easy to order online and free delivery. But wasn’t given a date to choose delivery, only told by courier, couldn’t pick a convenient day/time. Also when unpacked there is a small dent on the door.

Everything was good with the order process,price,and delivery. Only big disappointment,and my main reason for buying with this company was that the Henry was advertised as coming with 26 pods and there was only 6. This offer was available with most companies for 6,but 26 was better.
