Bought an Eleaf istick40 on 20th Nov25 at Arnold. From day 1 it was burning through coils in hours. Even 1.0 watts was too much. It shouldn't even be working on 1 Watt! Took it back to store today 12th Jan26. They tested another similar battery that was in stock and that worked fine at 5w. There was agreement that the battery sold to me was faulty yet refused to do anything about it stating 28 day warranty and clearly having no clue about statutory rights. All they needed to do was replace the faulty one and return it. They'd get their money back! Poor customer service.

Ordered 4 times from this company, they are one of a handful of companies who carry refills for my pod vape. The ordering system is easy fast like 2 minutes from scratch. The delivery is super fast (through evri) ordered 8am Friday, delivered 5pm Saturday. When I haven't been in the delivery is left in a safe place and had no problems at all November 1st 2025 this company is really delivering and their prices are the cheapest I've found too. No I don't work for them or paid to say this just genuinely pleased to have found a good consistent supplier.

I received different flavors than I've ordered.

Had to phone in to change the order (within 5 mins of making it).
Order was changed no problem.
They use evri as a courier which is (cough*hermes*cough) less than ideal but i had no problems and will shop here again.

I ordered quite a few vapes from this company, one of which did not work, I asked for a replacement, sending photos of what the problem was and they would not take any responsibility of this, I will not be ordering from here again, it is unfortunate, but they have lost a good customer through their attitude and lack of customer service

Used ecovape for many years but sad to say they are so overpriced, brought a drag x plus kit £45. Should of shopped around before hand. 2 minutes on google and available online for £25. Disposable vapes 2 for £25 in bulwell - 1 minute walk and same vapes 2 for £20.

Can’t fault them.
I bought two new brand 20,000 puff disposable vapes. Both of them failed when about half way through their life. They auto drew until the battery ran out (one had a flame like a lighter).
Although I bought them from this site, ultimately it was a product failure which they can’t help.
Customer services got back to my email promptly and offered me anything from their site, upto the value of the two vapes I bought.

What more could I ask?

I now only using these guys to purchase my bloody ultra vape pods as it's a great price compared to others and the next day delivery is superb they have great customer support i hope you guys continue to grow

Avoid online ordering at all cost. Fail to deliver and the provided tracking number was not recognised. Stated next day delivery, not received after 3 days (ongoing). Various phone numbers tryed to contact them no answer from any.(during working hours).

The sweet cherry vape was the best vape flavour out there, now it's like burnt popcorn gross, not just that they put the price up as well, never again ,

Never used these before, seen the vape I wanted cheaper than other places and ordered.
Placed order just before 1pm as on the site it states orders will be processed that day if received before then.
Free delivery on orders over £30 so I used that, placed on a Tues hoping they would be here for weekend as it states up to 3 days to receive. Actually received the order on the Wednesday so it only took 24 hours.
I appreciate they may not always be received that quick bit how can you fault that service, cheaper price, free delivery and quick delivery. Qaulity , I will be using these from now on

I have purchased 2 different vapes from my local store and the most recent one that I bought, yesterday, doesn't even work, even though it has been charged up. I am so annoyed with the service received when complaining and am left feeling like they just don't care.

Fabulous company, great selection online and super helpful in resolving any issues. Replacements for faulty items were shipped promptly with great email communication throughout. Always my go-to, can't recommend enough!

Ordered £40 worth of items. Part not delivered and another half not working. Was told without the packaging they won't replace them. Awful customer service. Who keeps the packaging in case the vape battery runs out early

Great service every time, always fast delivery and quality products. Just a shame PayPal isn’t available atm

This is by far the worst company I have ever wasted my money on! I spent £36 on this website for all 20 bottle to have no flavour to them at all! Even more frustrating to find out that I am unable to get a refund for this disgrace of a product!!! Don’t waste your money people!!!!

Visits very dependen on what branch you go to.
Majority of them though are well stocked, ran by knowledgeable people and always friendly.
Bit more expensive then most other vape shops but worth it for the solid advice given by the staff

Extremely helpful staff in the Langley Mill store! Didn’t over sell and was very honest resulting in a perfect match for a beginner. Because of this honesty I will keep going back to the same shop now to get further supplies!

Prices are great,im using Bear inspire, was using RM, delivery is so quick. Shopping online is so easy, it's setup has made it easy to shop online, will definitely be ordering again,this is my second time ordering 😊

Delivery took a while but I ordered in-between Christmas and New year so it was to be expected. Great range of 10ml liquids at an awesome price, 5 for £10. Had a couple of the bottles so far and they're great. Will definitely be ordering again!
